The polo shirt and tee shirt have just arrived they look terribly cheap and nasty . Not only that - I paid £39.99 for the polo shirt and inside the packing is a sales sticker which says £20. I paid £... See more

Went to a store think firetrap was one of the brands with some items that was actually 100% cotton , the more expensive brands were a mix of cotton and polyester and that’s not right . So well done... See more

Rip off
Absolutely gutted, bought a pair of shoes just over £100. Box came with a sale sticker of £59 on it (the website is still not showing a sale) shoes are absolutely rubbish for the premium price tag too. Feel like i have been properly ripped off and the customer service is useless. Lessons have been learnt.
I remember the Firetrap brand being good quality..
I remember the Firetrap brand being much better quality and did wonder why some of the clothes seemed ridiculously cheap now. Now I realise that Firetrap was purchased by Mike Ashley as well as House of Fraser. So essentially, all Firetrap clothing is actually a House of Fraser own brand now!
Ordered 3 pairs of jeans, all the same size. One pair fitted fine and was definitely the correct waist size. However, the other two pairs were nowhere near the size stated on the label. It's a shame I cant post up a picture to this review. I ordered a 32w yet one pair measured nearly 38 and the other around 34-36.
The old saying you get what you pay for is still certainly true! Firetrap is no longer a 'Premium' brand, and that's a shame!
NEVER AGAIN
Have had a Firetrap coat for a few years just bought a new one from Sport Direct. It is less than 2 months old and the zip has gone. Reached out to both companies but not even a reply. During the process an attempt to scan me when I contacted Sport Direct via Facebook and messenger. All in all a nightmare.

Not sure why but i thought I was buying quality. Belt buckle shredded the edges of the belt. It's genuine leather apparently but the brown top layer had been ripped off the edges to leave the white 'leather' underneath.

the sizes bear no relation to reality
the sizes bear no relation to reality, at all. i just got 2 t shirts from sports direct that are medium, they are the size of sacks. clearly this is a manufacturing issue as they are clearly marked M. i now have to pay to return what should never have been sent

Recently bought a firetrap jacket from sports soccer in Washington. The jacket is decent quality and warm, as long as you don't want to zip it up. Quite honestly the zip just keeps opening up and then you can't get it back down. A good jacket ruined by a rubbish zip.

Premium priced boots that lasted 6 weeks, I have a desk job so wore them very little while walking, the sole collapsed on one and the other split, very cheaply made and has put me off buying anything firetrap in the future.
No complaints!
Just ok, very cheap and last for a reasonable time.
Cant expect much when you pay such a price.

Full price paid for sale goods
My wife ordered me a shirt that took my fancy. Paid £39.99 plus postage. When opened we find on the label a £20 sale label. Phoned to complain but once I told them the complaint they just put the phone down. Lousy customer service and lousy way to do business
Cheap tat but priced at premium prices
Cheap tat but priced at premium prices, don’t waste your money, their products don’t last long (5-6 uses then will break and no support from Firetrap as they just don’t care, look at the other poor feedback!) and definitely not worth the money, buy elsewhere, there is better quality out there, you have been warned! Avoid at all costs!

Bought a few pairs of jeans and presenters say how cosy and brillant fit well I’ve ungraded to a bigger size but still they have an awful feeling of crabbing on the legs and so uncomfortable to wear never again
Cheap hoodie
Cheap hoodie, only lasted 3 months before zip broke, also was too small, no customer service. Never again.
Incorrect sizing
Bought a hooded top. I'm a big frame, so went for the XXL (which is usually a good bet for most brands). But the top I received is more of a M/L. Even taking into account the differences between brand sizing, I can't see how Firetrap's XXL could be interpreted as such. I'd hate to see how small their M or L sizes are.
I thought perhaps I'd hit some bad luck with a mislabeled item - but a cursory search seems to indicate that other people have had similar issues.
I'd return it, but it seems like it'd be a hassle (at least based on how much hassle it was to receive the item). It was fairly cheap (likely dubious manufacturing) - so I'll donate to a charity shop.
So far I'm happy with the brand
So far I'm happy with the brand, was introduced to it 3 years ago and now I own quite a range of items from Firetrap can't say anything negative about it
I always loved firetrap products but…
I always loved firetrap products but recently I bought firetrap trainers that look really nice but they were so bad they left my feet in agony by the end of the day, as I was away from home when I wore them I couldn't do anything about it, maybe I should have tried before I bought them but that's no excuse for poor quality.
Probably best to avoid Sports Direct
I brought some firetrap boots from sports direct (who apparently own the brand), they were ok the first time I wore them.
I don't wear them regularly. So a few months later, on the third occasion of wearing I noticed the heel cup on the inside had come away from the sole on one of the boots.
I think that its a problem with the whole range at sports direct, friends and I have all had trouble with Nike trainers from there, to me it seems that they have become an outlet for seconds.
They also have a strange view on sizing. If you do buy anything, everything seems small, buy the shoes based on a european sizing, and check what a medium or large size is as it might be the equivalent of a small.
Should get negative 5 star
Should get negative 5 star, I bought a jacket which I realise was available everywhere for half the price, they refuse to cancel my order which I was trying to cancel within 30min of purchase, only option given was to wait for the order to arrive , return to jacket via post and wait for weeks to get refund, after reading so many negative reviews where people sending items back and not seeing their money i decided to keep the jacket , I hate this jacket now knowing I have paid twice the price and quality isn't there. Very upset 😡. Shame on firetrap. May be they are a trap a scam trap.
