Correct information eventually taken into account
The agent, James Buckland, I spoke to on 23rd March was very helpful.
I spoke to a few different agents about some information being wrong by the past, I mentioned about some details being incorrect in my Statement of Fact but nothing was amended.
The agent I spoke to on 23rd March (James Buckland?) was on the contrary very helpful, took my correct information into consideration and amended the policy accordingly.
1- It's nice to be listened to and efficiently assisted.
2- I now feel relieved, being safe with a valid policy having correct details.
