First alternative was the best price on the comparison site, after purchasing the policy I logged on to the website which is very easy to use. Whilst on the site I used the online chat to check a few things on the policy, they got back to me straight away, good experience

Virtually impossible to pay on line
Virtually impossible to pay on line, customer service said they can’t help as website would not accept card. They have no facility to take payment over the phone as others can so had to get my bank to sort out the payment for me. I will say the policy and its price look very good just actually being able to purchase it has tainted my opinion.

The process in arranging insurance was relatively straightforward.
The process in arranging insurance was reasonably straightforward, and the price for the insurance was also reasonable. One advantage with this company was that I was able to download the documents to actually prove the vehicle is insured, unlike some other insurance company's who make it so difficult, or you can't even download your documents.
