First Tech has been a solid, trustworthy financial partner to my family for decades; I've recommended them countless times to friends and colleagues.

Lately though, First Tech took us to the next level by connecting us to Amber Fish. Amber worked with us to develop a complete picture of our assets and goals, then went to work tuning our accounts to greatly increase our returns.

She's also been terrific at supporting us, including running to ground an issue with the app that had hassled us for years. As far as we are concerned, Amber is the jewel in First Tech's banking crown.

Mitzi Macias at First Tech in Portland area is amazing. Sh e is truly dedicated to her clients- she has no concept of "bankers hours" making her super responsive to clients needs. Highly recommend!

Been working with Samantha Martin for the last few years. Samantha is always so kind and helps us whenever we need with speed and ease. The process with FTCU is always as smooth as one can hope for.

I recently interacted with Samantha for closing an old unused business account and she was able to complete the process promptly, without interacting with me furthermore. I wish other banks were as smooth and quick as FTCU and specifically Samantha.

I came into a bit of money a couple years ago and First Tech Federal Credit Union assigned me a Premiere Executive, Emilee Gutierrez, to assist me in finding appropriate vehicles in which to place my funds. From the beginning Ms Gutierrez has been courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and timely, in responding to and answering my numerous questions (sometimes more than once).

Many of us are market leery and want safe vessels for our funds. Had you not assigned me a Premier Executive, I would have been forced to go to an investment broker and I would not have been near as comfortable with them.

Providing this service as well as competitive yield’s, is critical for me to keep a portion of my money with First Tech Federal Credit Union.

Working with Ranu has been great for me. Ranu provides numerous alternatives when seeking solutions and gives reliable advice. Additionally, Ranu is very strong with follow-ups.
