Ahmed Hassan was extremely helpful and courteous in solving my issue with my credit card being locked while I was on vacation in China. Rather than leaving it at that, he informed me that I was missing out on completely free no-strings-attached benefits that I could be earning that I wasn't taking advantage of. I was a little skeptical at first, but he stepped me through it and helped me out. Thanks Ahmed!

I appreciated the call from David today. I immediately followed his recommendation to transfer funds which I should have done previously. I will consider the other option regarding the credit card. I have always had good assistance from First Tech regarding money investment and movement.

Had a complicate process
Had a complicate process. Muhammed Khalid was kind and patient and very professional. Took time to explain all options and help me choose the best one for me. He made the process so much fund and that was good as I was actually dreading what I thought would be a mess of complicated, don't, cant's, can't get here from there. If he live anywhere close, I would invite him to be a fishing buddy. Thanks for employing such incredible people.

Possible fraudulent call and getting reassurance
I spoke with Mike regarding a possible fraudulent phone call, he gave me information to ease my mind regarding the call and how to spot calls like that in the future. Mike was friendly and reassuring and went out of his way to make me feel better.

Nicole and Eureka went out of their way to help me recover $3000 from Venmo. Nicole followed up on a regular basis to check on the status. Nicole deserves a "gold star" and maybe a raise. At least, both of these ladies should be recognized for outstanding customer service. We've been members since 1975 and feel valued because of people like Nicole and Eureka -- they are amazing representatives for First Tech.

Great service and customer attention
Great service and customer attention. I called with a few questions and was helped immediately and the rep (David) even followed up with helpful information over the email. I'd recommend First Tech. Credit unions are the way to go.

I’ve been a member for 36 years. I have always liked FT from the beginning. I always wondered why people still use banks!

The First Tech premier financial representative has made my banking experience seamless, reducing the friction which comes with trustworthy financial moves online for security. My representative AJ Huy has made everything easy for me. I just have to ask a question and I get trustworthy advice and things get done to my satisfaction.
