World class customer service!
My Financial Solutions Representative, Francisco Bustos, reached out to welcome me to the credit union, and was extremely warm and helpful. Top Notch Customer Service
It seems a rarity these days to be able to call customer support and (1) actually speak with a live person and (2) the service representative actually resolves your issue! The representative was able to answer all of my questions regarding First Tech’s Share Certificate promo and help me get the account opened and funded.

IRA distribution assistance
Kristina Rainwater assisted me today to move funds from my IRA account and also to choose the method to reinvest the remaining funds in the most profitable choice I was comfortable with. She was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was perhaps the quickest and most pleasant experience I've encountered in my many years of investing with Addison Ave/1st Tech. I appreciate the high quality of service the credit union offers me. It is why I moved the balance of my investments to 1st Tech over time.
I'm not certain which Oregon location this service originated from.

We were looking for a new credit union in our area and happened to see First Tech getting great reviews online. We set up an appointment and met with David. He was so kind in answering ALL our questions and we are now new members. David went above and beyond to walk us through the process and even supplied extra budgeting resource tips.
