The First Tech premier financial representative has made my banking experience seamless, reducing the friction which comes with trustworthy financial moves online for security. My representative AJ Huy has made everything easy for me. I just have to ask a question and I get trustworthy advice and things get done to my satisfaction. This has covered everything from renewal of CDs to how to raise my NCUA coverage limits. This is a very valuable service!

Everything went very well, especially since my left ear is almost useless, but it's the only one I can use for the telephone. I'm right handed & can't do anything via left hand... except hold the phone. ;-)

I was calling from Oregon and a man named Tommy from California answered the phone, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. It made the experience calling to help solve an issue much smoother than I was expecting!

It seems a rarity these days to be able to call customer support and (1) actually speak with a live person and (2) the service representative actually resolves your issue! The representative was able to answer all of my questions regarding First Tech’s Share Certificate promo and help me get the account opened and funded.

Kristina Rainwater assisted me today to move funds from my IRA account and also to choose the method to reinvest the remaining funds in the most profitable choice I was comfortable with. She was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was perhaps the quickest and most pleasant experience I've encountered in my many years of investing with Addison Ave/1st Tech. I appreciate the high quality of service the credit union offers me. It is why I moved the balance of my investments to 1st Tech over time.

He was so kind in answering ALL our questions and we are now new members. David went above and beyond to walk us through the process and even supplied extra budgeting resource tips.
