Be Aware Of My Issue With Fiserv
I opened two accounts in 2015. The merchant fees charges at Fiserv were great. They really deserve a 5 star review. However, I just discovered I was being billed for fees for the closed account I cancelled in May of 2016. The monthly fees that continued to be billed cost $77.34 for 82 months. Iris, a rep who took my call today, informed me of this news. She kindly canceled that dormit account and is submitting on my behalf a request for a refund consideration to their finance department. I will update everyone reading this post as soon as I hear back from Fiserv's Finance Department. What I find perplexing is why they did not cancel the account when I originally called in May of 2016 or why my rep of 8 years never asked or questioned that dormit account. Please stay tuned for the outcome.
Time has passed and Fiserv responded indicating they would only refund 3 months worth of bills out of 82. Since Bank of America was the original billing party up to (I believe) 2018, Fiserv says their notes do not reflect the calls I would have made in 2016. They said they can not be wholly to blame and that I would have to resolve the other 79 months with BOA. I do understand and will pursue the remainder credit with BOA. Since they were not able to conduct a deep dive into my credit with BOA, a relationship they shared, I feel 3 months credit does not make it whole with me. Sorry guys but it would have been appreciated if Fiserv contact BOA on my behalf and vendicate me on this huge billing error.

POS system is amazing with tools both for reporting and efficiency of service.
HOWEVER..... upon requesting to change legal entity of our systems ( mentioned to our sales rep this would need to happen ) we are being billed both sides and overcharged. Spent too much time on the phone with the guys trying to figure it out with no real help or willingness to resolve. Plenty of hidden fees and crazy expensive being tied up to a 4 year contract. Overall i believe for the price of the overall use of these systems is off the roof.
Bear in mind, this is the first ever review i have ever made for any company , restaurant, or purchase, EVER., just fed up .

I did not enjoy my experience with this system. The staff that operate some of the calls is what lets the company down. I got transferred 4 times. For a simple change in name on a letter, that they got wrong

Very happy.
We dealt with Neil Chick and he was great.
He was Very professional and went through it all.
He then came and helped us set it up in the salon.
Wound definitely recommend Neil and Clover.

joined Clover, Reading that it was a good company to be with. I had a man called called Jamie to come into my new Café convinced me to go with them for 12 months got me to sign on the dotted line,!!! I had to cancel it as the business was wasn’t doing too well, 12 months later. They told me I signed up for 48 months with no proof of my signature, and now I’ve got a pay three years rent and cancellation fee of £350. What a rip off anybody reading this keep !!! well away you be warned scam as they tell you it’s for 1 year and the contract is for 48 months it’s your word against theirs because they can’t even prove my signature keep well away

Great customer service from Adam. Very polite and helpful when setting up our terminals. Adam helped us from the beginning and ensured we were set up and ready to start using our terminals. He talked us through the set up and what we can change etc on the go.

clover have been an absolute nightmare
this company has been the absolute worst i have experienced.
i cancelled the account with them as supplied me with an out of date terminal which constantly failed . when i tried to return faulty terminal was constantly fobbed off
the guy i signed up with reassured me i could cancel the deal with 1 month notice , but when i tried by email and phone call was told i have to pay then £700 to terminate contract as leasing a terminal that was very dated and constantly failing , would not recommend this company

There is no possibility for online cancellation so I did it through our email. They kept charging me without me even knowing it . No invoice no email! Now they want £400 for card machine I haven’t even used! Customer service is shocking! Avoid! Another company that wants to keep their clients hostage and taking away their rights to close the account. What a sad business plan !!! Avoid!!
