Jiy was our engineer, he called ahead before arrival. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what he needed to do and the cost. Proceeded to carry out the work quickly and politely. The call out charge is not cheap but we’ve always had good service. Thanks

Superb back up service from Fisher Paykel. Fast response, quick turnaround to arrange an Engineer visit and a simple issue of ice buildup sorted out immediately.. Jiy arrived on time, quickly discovered the issue and sorted it out on the spot. Outstanding service.

The engineers were knowledgable. They kept me informed of their time of arrival, were very tidy and let me k ow exactly what they were doing.

I received a call on the Friday before they were coming on the Monday to see if we could accommodate the fridge engineer on the Saturday (the next day) delighted to have it fixed sooner we agreed. The engineer Adam was excellent and solved the alarm issue with spanner showing within 3/4 of an hour. He also asked us if we had any other issues. We were concerned that the ice machine wasn't making ice quickly so he took that apart and cleared the compacted ice for us. Superb customer service 👌 would highly recommend the brand as well as the aftercare. 100% satisfaction.

Our Fisher & Paykel engineer Adam Smith was very helpful & managed to sort the issue out with a minimum of fuss. Would certainly recommend.

Adam (tech126) was really good. He was professional, careful and diagnosed the fault very quickly. He was really helpful regarding the warranty on the product and fixed the issue and tested everything was up and running. Would be great if all engineers were like Adam - highly recommended.
