Absolutely diabolical customer service…

Absolutely diabolical customer service from the
‘gentleman ‘ spoken to today. Gave me wrong information and wouldnt budge when informed he was wrong and I had already been down that route. Took 55 minutes phoning digfrrrnt practiced who eventually helped with corrrct info. Lad you need training and if , as was obvious, you don’t like your job go elsewhere eehrrr your attitude doesn’t matter.

Fittleworths are very kind and caring…

Fittleworths are very kind and caring but I am disappointed with the delivery by DPD. I live in an apartment block. The last few times the courier has not even rang the bell and just left my parcel outside of the building. What happens if it’s stolen or someone falls over it? This is not acceptable.

Overall average. Often send emails and get no response. When I have spoken to people it has been good service. Have had numerous issues with DPD and orders not arriving and orders arriving damaged.

Thoroughly reliable and personable supplier

I have used Fittleworth for nearly 3 years to supply my stoma products on prescription. I have found them to be a reliable and punctual supplier.
More importantly their staff at the end of the phone are incredibly polite and helpful.

I've only ever used Fittleworth since I had my large bowel removed in 2015 & they have been brilliant. Nothing is too much for them, they are extremely knowledgeable & have helped me with any questions I might have, they have never let me down. I can't recommend Fittleworth highly enough.

Such a helpful and knowledgeable team of people. They offer alternative products and have on occasion gone above and beyond to rescue me when my lack of experience has caused shortages of essential materials. I really can't imagine not using them for my monthly supplies run.
