Freight is Expensive
Ordering is easy, twice now the Freight has been doubled once I place Order in an email next day.
Delivery time is slow compared with other parts we buy from Turkey in 6-7 days even with Covid.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Due to our big stock (~4.5M items) from time to time, we have mistakes in the specification of the product. When such error impacts weight or dimensions, a price that is automatically calculated for shipping might be incorrect. In most circumstances, we try to find a better option to ship and offer it to the customers, but it is not always possible. Keep in mind that we are not located in Turkey, but in Latvia. Our shipping times will vary for shipments from Latvia to Turkey, comparing to your local dealers.

I had to order about $1000 worth of Mercedes parts from US. not all parts are cheaper then getting it from online dealers in US but many are significantly cheaper. They are all Genuine Mercedes parts. We packaged, reasonable shipping when placing a large order. Actually final shipping fee came out way larger than the quoted price but they volunteer honored it. Quick email response, all speak fluent English. No run around and back and forth. Straight forward deals. I would order again.

Good prices, slowish delivery but worth using
I have bought parts on a number of occasions. Prices are good, delivery can be a little slow with little information from GLS on progress, but I will definitely use again. Online customer support, if needed, has been pretty good in my expetoence

You will find almost all carparts here!
Nice shop where you can find carparts, you cannot find elsewhere. Good prices, fast shipping. Only the time until the order was processed was slightly longer.

I was pleased to find the parts on the website and completed the purchase. The parts arrived as promised and were well packed. My only issue was with the cost of postage, which may be unfair if that is outside the companies control but feel obliged to mention it and accounts for four star rather than 5

Simple, fast and accurate service.
From search for the part I needed on their site to ordering it to shipping it and tracking my order, all was simple and accurate.
