After someone left the window open and both my cats got loose for days I was told about this. If your cat stays indoors this is great way to open windows in summer and keep them in. Great customer service and response

Found them on tiktok and decided to order. Had to call as my windows were not easy to measure, spoke to Sharni who patiently talked me through the measuring, then on a 2nd call answered lots of questions and took my order. I was advised it would take up to 16 working days but it came way earlier than that!! Easy to install, very clear instructions and mesh seems to be of very good strength. Last night for the first time in agesssss I was able to open my bedroom window and oh my what a nice feeling that was! Would recommend 100%, amazing customer service and product worth the cost. Amazing product, I have bought something similar before that my cats would pull off. This is easy to put up and incredibly strong. This product was also delivered very quickly. I absolutely love it and will be buying more

Ordered my first flatcat, recieved it the 1st of May and I am over the moon with it, my boys are safe with the window wide open and i have no fear at all that they can escape. It is super strong and fabulously made, I am so glad Dominic thought of this and am so happy my boys are safe. Well done on this great creation

I ordered 2 x units. I measured the windows and somehow ended up ordering the wrong size. Email to rachel who responded quickly, explained the situation and even offered extra to cover postage as it was my error.
Offer declined, i sent the ones i received back and the following day, i received the two correct sizes.

Flat cats are easy to order. If in doubt the customer service on the phone or via the chat are very helpful and answered all my questions.

Very easy to install. Measure the velcro. Snip it. Attach it to the window frame. Add on the mesh. I would suggest cleaning the window frame first because any dust may stop it sticking.

My 3 cats approve, they love fresh air but the area we live in is not safe for outdoor cats. The youngest 2 sit by the front window and watch the world go buy while the older cat sits at the back window and watches the bird while enjoying the breeze.

Just received our screens, look amazing on the windows....easy to install and will make such a difference this summer.

This is a really excellent service. I've used them three times already and received communications and the window meshes promptly. Not only do these meshes keep pets from climbing out of windows, but they keep mosquitoes and spiders out too. Really useful.

The Custom Made Flat Cats were super easy to order and to fit.

My two cats are indoor cats and I live on a high floor. Having windows open has just not been an option.
Custom Made Flat Cats are a complete game changer. Especially during the heat of the summer. Being able to have the windows wide open meant that the temperature in the apartment was much cooler and therefore much more comfortable for both the cats and us.

I did have an initial concern that the cats would be able to escape but this is not the case at all. They have no interest in the screens themselves.

I cannot recommend them enough!

The flat cats work brilliantly, it allows us to keep our house cat inside safely and have the windows open (definately needed in the hotter weather). Added bonus is it stops bugs flying in as well. Very helpful customer service, who advised us what we needed, and quick delivery. Easy to fit and robust, our cat has shown no inclination to try and remove the flat cats, and has leant against it without it budging.

At first we used only one product for one window.
Now 7 months later we have nearly covered every window and back door with Flatcat products.
We are on the top floor so means we get quite hot so we are now able to open all windows and doors l.

We invested in 4 of these for the upstairs windows. They came so quickly (with expedited delivery) and were up within 45 mins (whilst taking our time). They are unobtrusive, bright white and fairly transparent so no view is lost. They look very smart like blinds and our (5) cats love to sit on the windows now, smelling the fresh air and feeling it on a hot day! Thank you Dominic for sending both custom and standard sizes so quickly. Fantastic product which I will be sharing with for all those that have cats/small kids or want to keep the bugs out.

After a great escape onto the roof from Obi, I was desperate for a way to open my windows this summer. The screens were easy to install, and now my windows are always open. Granted, Obi is curious (hence the rooftop adventure), but he hasn't made any move to touch or try to get through the screens.

Just received my flat cats screens.
And very very impressed with the service from flat cats from simple enquiry to payment and delivery notification.
Have put them up on front room windows and they look incredible and let in amazing amount of light.
3 indoor Ragdolls ( chewy ) being the escape artist has not even tried to get out and they seem to love the extra air they are getting now the windows are open wide - that was my only bugbear having cats I have my windows open even in winter for a freshen up.
Wil be sizing upstairs windows to get them screens as well.

I previously bought these Flat Cat protection screens 5 years ago as regularly needed to open the windows and ventilate rooms whilst keeping our 2 indoor cats safe. I have to say, in all that time the velcro still fastens down the robust netting as well as it did the first day I purchased this great product. We are moving so I recently ordered some more screens. The quality really is impressive, very durable and so easy to fit. Equally, the service from Dominic and Rachel is second to none. They always seem to go that extra mile.

I recently ordered a flat-cat screen on behalf of my daughter who’d been unable to leave a window open in her attic bedroom due to the risk of her cat getting out and falling. Having to keep the windows closed created an issue regarding ventilating the room, particularly during the Summer months. On recommendation from a friend who’d had two flat-cats fitted, I researched them and downloaded the easy to understand pre-order measuring instructions. After establishing the necessary size, I ordered one of the standard off-the-shelf models. The ordering process was easy. Dominic was friendly, helpful and informative. Excellent customer service. The flat-cat arrived quickly. The fitting instructions are clear and simple. It requires no particular DIY skills. There is no drilling or screwing required. All that’s needed by way of tools is a reasonably sharp pair of scissors. I fitted the Flat-Cat in around 20 minutes. It works great and looks really good. My daughter is thrilled with it. She can now safely leave the window open when necessary. Her cat is secure and the room can now be ventilated. A great product in which its biggest advantage lies in its simplicity. So glad we discovered Flat-Cats.
