The products are good and so is the…

The products are good and so is the postage but the customer service is not existent and they never reply to emails.
I rang them for information regarding the Flues and the man on the phone sounded like he had just woken up and had no knowledge whatsoever about the products he’s meant to be supporting.

Can't fault this company.

I ordered from this company and then looked at the reviews. So I was a little nervous. I phoned up to make the order and call was answered quickly. Order was made and arrived quickly. Email confirmation does say to check for damage and report with in 24hr.
Nothing was damage and nothing missing. Can't fault them at all. Great company.

I bought Flexible Flue Liner bundle + extra couple of items on late Friday and got delivered on Monday early morning. Besides lots of bad reviews I am pleased with the service and also good prices compare to another similar websites. Thanks!

Please never use this shower of absolute rubbish!.... tried telling me that they couldn't refund a wrongly placed order because members of staff were self isolating!!! Joke company!!! AVOID!!!!! Oh and the guy I was dealing with actually hung up on our phone call!!!

The deliveries come damaged and after…

The deliveries come damaged and after you want it returned back to them and then they blamed us.
When it comes to a refund, they will either blame you that you measured it wrong or that you damaged it intentionally.
We returned an item which was clearly labelled 4” (which obviously means in diameter) and it came in a lot bigger and they blamed it on us that we didn’t read the information correctly.
They might seem like a good customer service until you ask for a return or file a concern.

After reading some of the negative…

After reading some of the negative reviews about this company I felt compelled to write about my own recent experience in using their services. Ordering was simple, good website, also they had better prices than any others I could find using google. The order arrived promptly and in good shape. I had to call them several times and spoke to two different employees on different occasions. The main person I spoke to on the phone, Luke, was professional, polite and patient, (his colleague was not quite as patient, sounded very busy to be fair, but was always polite if not quite as helpful). I had a follow up enquiry regarding a return and a refund which Luke delt with as one would hope. I get the impression that this is small, busy and hard working operation and they are doing a good job, despite the compromsiing times that have blighted us all in 2020. I would certainly recommend using these guys for good value and personal customer service.

shocking customer service

I own a stove installation company, used to use this company all the time as they are the cheapest. the saying paying peanuts and you get monkeys obviously true. ordered a flue from them which came with a split in the middle, also a visible defect on every segment of the flue pipe when viewed from the inside. I sent numerous photos showing this to the company and phoned them asking for a replacement. at which point I was told they had to pick up my faulty product and inspect it themselves before they sent out a replacement. their reason for this is that every large company does the same. i only used used them for the flue, not the stoves, hearth materials or mantles etc. I'm fully aware of how large companies respond to faulty products, and none are like flexi flue! upon explaining this to one of my other suppliers they then reduced their flue price to beta flexi flue and I know they have a much better customer service policy

Useless

About to order over £350 worth, when I got to the checkout they wanted £70 for delivery because I my postcode is IV, I live in easily accessible mainland Scotland, yet free delivery elsewhere. Phoned customer service and he was worse than useless! Never will I shop here!!

I am a stove installer having used this…

I am a stove installer having used this company for 4 years there price is very competitive, however if you have a problem they are extremely unhelpful I have been placing orders with the to the value of £200 to £300 per week ,I’ve recently had burst liners wrong products delivered and the customer service is shocking,therefore I will not be using them again ,mintlaw Stove Installations.

Excellent service

Given the various poor reviews I have seen here it is fair to say that my own experience has been 100% positive. My order arrived correct and in perfect condition, well packaged and one working day after ordering. Good price and very good quality products. Absolutely no complaints

Poor delivery service

Customer service rep unhelpful and evasive about delivery date of order. I phoned delivery company who explained they had informed Flexi Flue Direct when the order would be delivered, yet rep said they couldn't get through to delivery company as they were very busy....... Now job is part complete as I was expecting delivery no later than 48hrs after placing order... 5 days and still waiting for delivery.... Not happy!

Update on my previous review (Flexifluedirect/Budv4r)
Company's sales rep bluntly lying about issuing refund for goods never delivered while this is simply not happening. They took close to £550 of my money, did not deliver the goods, made feeble excuse of some kind of 'mysteriously lost in transit'. Refunds generally take a day or two. Flexifluedirect took my order and money 31 days ago, didn't deliver and knew about that fact one week later and three weeks are just making excuses which don't even make sense. Please imagine that twelve meters of flue liner, ten bags of vermiculite plus other bits and pieces get lost just like that – just picture the size of the liner package itself and fancy how that could get lost ... That is just one part of it, the one that really reflects so badly on the company is that they just sit on my almost £550 and clearly have no intention to give it back to me. Do NOT, under any circumstances, give your business and money to this company who clearly operates with the poorest trading ethics and customer care immaginable!

Shocking experience and three weeks on…

Shocking experience and three weeks on still waiting for refund for goods not delivered.
This Flexifluedirect setup is a total joke – three weeks after non-delivery of the order I am still waiting for the refund to be given. Until a week ago I got excuses of 'the refund paperwork is going through' but since then, and after repeated calls and emails, there is absolutely no response whatsoever.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID ... you have been warned ... this setup is my worst experience ever!
