We have dealt with Ryan McDonald at the Brighton branch for some years now and he has dealt with our travel arrangements every year with enthusiasm and efficiency.
He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has a great attention to detail.
The best compliment we can pay him is that we feel so totally confident in his ability to look after our travel requirements year after year that we ask for him to deal with our multi weeks and multi flight trips each time.

What amazing customer service. Ryan could not do more for us to ensure that our Honeymoon was incredible! From the flights, hotels, transfers and experiences that we booked we saw loads of options and detail to help us pick and made it all so exciting. Ryan was exceptionally helpful with our requirements and booking. We really saw the benefit of using Flight Centre when are flight was cancelled due to weather and Ryan helped with new arrangements. Couldn’t recommend them enough

I unfortunately had a booking on the day of the fire at Heathrow and of course my flight was cancelled.Although Mark couldn’t give me much information he did his best and kept in touch with me regarding any updates.His contact was very reassuring and comforting during this uncertain time.

I have used Flight Centre twice and would definitely do so again. In January 2024 a friend in NZ had booked me onto a couch tour of Spain - Ben negotiated with the tour company and arranged my flights to Madrid and back from Barcelona. In March of this year I planned a trip to Rome. My friend and I, who are both in our 80s, were able to arrange everything except the flights. The most convenient were with different airlines and airports which we found very confusing - Mark was able to help us and was very patient. He even phoned after the holiday to make sure that everything had gone to plan. We would thoroughly recommend Flight Centre.

Ryan at the Brighton branch of Flight Centre- was amazing! Travelling from Bangkok to Krabi within a 3 week period for a family of 6, I gave him a rundown of what I wanted and my budget he literally did the rest, with just a couple of tweaks to our itinerary, we booked without further ado - he was informative, knowledgeable and patient - Thanks for another 11 out of 10 experience booking our trips.

We did a cruise from Sydney to Hawaii and needed flights. Mark went above and beyond to help us. Even phoning the day before to make sure everything was good to go. We would definitely use the flight centre again for our next adventure.

This year Mark Lawrence was superb in organising a bespoke tour of Costa Rica that far exceeded what I originally planned to do.

always great friendly customer service here, I've gone to see Ben Hogan 3 years in a row to sort my flights to Vegas out and sort many changes whilst away which is super reassuring. you always go back when someone remembers your name after your first visit.

Extremely impressed and happy with the service I received. Mark helped to book a solo China Southern flight to Japan via China and he was really knowledgeable and friendly. Mark Lawrence sorted out a return flight to a major exhibition abroad for me during very busy times and provided an excellent service. He made sure I had all the support I needed and even contacted me when i was abroad to ensure that all flight return issues were sorted out well with the airline (such as advanced check in which was required by computer ) He sent the boarding card to my mobile phone which helped a lot.
I will certainly use his services again in future.

Chloe assisted me and my partner in booking a month long trip to South East Asia.
