FraudKart has this new idea of black…

FraudKart has this new idea of black money.
Take Rs 7 on each order as Plat form fee. Inform that item will be delivered in 2 days.
After that, you will receive message "Delivery postponed to next day on request of customer" Fraud Kompany will repeat this until customer cancels order after 6-7 days.
Rs 7 platform fee is eaten by FraudKart.
Millions of orders being handled in same manner by Fraud Kompany.
I finally, uninstalled FraudKart App.

I purchased the phone from Flipkart but I have received the 2nh hand phone given by the flipkart delivery people in 2024 the phone is activated but I purchased the phone in 2026 still my 2 EMI are pending which iam not going to pay cheating done by flipkart please kindly return this product iam raicing a complaint from 4 months but no use.please don't cheat the customer flipkart return my money.

Flipkart has lost it

Flipkart has lost it. Flipkart has the worst logistics I have ever seen. No coordination with delivery partners like Ekart. Worst experience. Would never order things from flipchart. If you a ecommerce giant, you not only build a market place and leave it there, You actually make sure the products you are selling actually reach the customer. Worst delivery partners. I regret my choice of choosing flipkart

Seriously, Flipkart? This is the level of “technical verification” you provide for laptop exchanges in 2026?

Your technician came to inspect my Dell laptop for exchange. He downloaded a ZIP file from Flipkart’s own website to check the laptop specs. Fine. But instead of extracting the ZIP and properly running the program, he directly tried to run it from inside the compressed file. Obviously, it threw an error — and without even understanding the issue, he instantly rejected my exchange.

When I came back from office and checked it myself, I extracted the ZIP properly and the software ran completely fine without a single issue. I even recreated the exact same error by running it from the unextracted ZIP, which proves the mistake was entirely from your technician’s side.

This is beyond unprofessional. Customers are being penalized because your so-called “tech experts” don’t even know basic computer operations like extracting a ZIP file before running software. In an AI-driven generation where technology is advancing daily, Flipkart’s exchange process is still being handled this carelessly?

Absolutely pathetic service and a complete waste of customer time.

Counterfeits and False Ratings

They sell counterfeit items and then suppress negative reviews to give misleadingly positive ratings to everything.

I ordered my first order, a book set of Thea Stilton 21 to 30, seeing positive reviews of 4.8 on product and 4.2 on store. But the recieved items is a BLATANT counterfeit of official books, thin pages, low DPI, bad quality, missing copyright sections about reprinting, missing printing house, and just really bad quality pages and prints. Even the text is blurry.

I have genuine books from the series to tell what is authorised and what is a copy. But this is just blatantly bad. And it has 4.8 ratings. I contacted customer service twice just to tell them to take responsibility for false advertisement and listing, but they just say they won't refund anything because it's non-refundable item (as if anything on Flipkart is refundable). Of course scammers don't want to refund scammed money. I gave them a review titled counterfeit but they aren't willing to publish it.

Genuinely evil and currupt company.

Very bad experience. My order was expected to be delivered at may 11. Now its showing sorry for the delay, your order will be delivered at 15th May. I very much disappointed for the service.

don't use Flipkart online shopping

don't use Flipkart online shopping. you will get worse support for your issue.

I have purchased laptop and I got invalid warrenty and refurbished laptop by seller. when I asked flipkart to return laptop they are asking proof. I gave the proof via mail but flipkart asking me to visit service centre. Why I should go to service centre? where I order 4 days back and replacement still valid. why flipkart doesn't approve for replacement. so don't use Flipkart for shopping.

Flipkart is doing a huge fraud in the…

Flipkart is doing a huge fraud in the name of sales. Yesterday evening, I ordered 2 phones and made the full online payment, but after a few hours, both orders were cancelled and my money was blocked.

Still, this morning I again ordered an iPhone 17 and the payment was debited successfully, but once again the order was cancelled and my payment got blocked. In total, they have now blocked around ₹1.65 lakh of my money.

Secondly, if they do not want to sell phones during the sale, then they should not display them at all. This is the first time I have seen such a big fraud on an official shopping platform.

I would request everyone not to fall into these fake sale traps. It seems like just a way to block customers’ payments unnecessarily.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flipkart’s SAME-DAY DELIVERY service.

I ordered an analog watch for an important event and selected SAME-DAY DELIVERY because timing was critical. However, the order was delayed and the status falsely showed that the delivery was “rescheduled/requested by customer,” even though I never requested any rescheduling.

When I contacted customer support, I repeatedly received scripted responses such as “wait 24 hours” and “it depends on the driver.” Even escalation handling was poor and frustrating.

The biggest issue was not only the delay, but the misleading status update and lack of accountability. Customers should not have to plan important events around delivery uncertainty after choosing SAME-DAY DELIVERY.

Flipkart seriously needs to improve:

* delivery transparency,
* customer communication,
* escalation handling,
* and accountability for false status updates.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Flipkart: My Personal 5 year Experience and Review

I have been using Flipkart for several years now, ordering everything from smartphones to daily groceries. Looking at it from a regular customer’s point of view, there are things they excel at and a few areas that definitely need work.
The Pros
1- Great Deals and Sales: Flipkart’s biggest strength is its massive sales, like the 'Big Billion Days.' The discounts on electronics and fashion are often unbeatable and very budget-friendly.
2- Easy Financing: Features like 'Flipkart Pay Later' and 'No Cost EMI' make it much easier for middle-class families to afford high-end gadgets or appliances.
3- Deep Reach: Their delivery network in small towns and rural areas is impressive. They often deliver to remote locations where many other e-commerce players struggle.
4- User-Friendly App: The interface is simple and intuitive. Finding products, comparing prices, and checking out is usually a very smooth process.

The Cons
1- Packaging Quality: The external packaging is sometimes underwhelming. While the product inside is usually safe, the boxes often arrive crushed or poorly taped.

2- Customer Support Hurdles: If something goes wrong, getting a quick resolution from customer service can be frustrating. Sometimes, getting a refund takes longer than promised.

3- Review Authenticity: You have to be careful with ratings. Some products have inflated stars, making it necessary to dig deep into user comments to find the truth.

4- Delivery Logistics: Occasionally, delivery partners mark a package as "undeliverable" or "address not found" without actually attempting the delivery, which causes unnecessary delays.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flipkart. I purchased an AC on 18th April 2026, and today is 4th May—yet the installation has still not been completed.

I have contacted customer care multiple times, but every time they just extend the timeline by 1–2 more days without any proper resolution. There is no accountability or urgency from their side.

Out of frustration, I requested a return for the product, but shockingly, they refused and said there is no such policy. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the service has been so poor.

This has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. I strongly suggest that no one should purchase electronic items from Flipkart. Their policies are very poor, and customer support is highly unreliable.

Very bad experience overall.

Review of Flipkart - Atomberg - Jeeves

Flipkart is apparently competing with Amazon covering similar product ranges but it seems still way to go catching up on the same level of service!
Once you buy a product, its very difficult to actually communicate with the seller. You may reach Flipkart customer service but they aren’t very helpful either.
Last year I bought a bed which came in a broken condition and I had to cancel and return. Harassment for few days!
This year I bought an Atomberg ceiling fan thru Flipkart. First of all, the exchange offer is a fuss because they offer you 230Rs and cut 100Rs for taking the old fan away. And when the nee fan arrives, they ask you to uninstall and keep the old fan ready for taking away or else you end up paying that 230Rs anyway. Then comes the installation part. They charge you about 200Rs in advance. They were supposed to install within 2 days. After a day, I received a whatsapp automated message after midnight and asking to confirm the installation within 4 hours. This is a joke by itself! I missed and next day I received similar message after midnight. This time I did confirm and next morning I recd service technician details who was supposed to call me. Waited whole day but nothing. Then next morning again I received another service technician details. This time, after waiting the whole day, I called the number in the evening. The service technician said he is too busy and cannot even come the next day! I cancelled the installation and got the fan installed by a local technician. Next day I got a call from a Jeeves guy (apparently the service partner of Atomberg) and said that if I cancel the installation with them, then the warranty is null and void! I think overall its a scam and I am not sure whether its a Scam by Flipkart or Atomberg or Jeeves !!

The worst service

The worst service. Previously i face endless issue and my special day got ruined plus they canceled the delivery by themselves after restlessly trying to get my order from 2 weeks. And the delivery person was the worst person.
But again i order a electric hand blender and it keeps getting rescheduled even after getting opt and out for delivery notification again my most special day got ruined for which I waited for 6 years. This app is the worst and I recommend everyone never to use it.
