Unauthorized charges

If I could I would give ZERO stars. I ordered 1 bra and was hit with 3 additional charges for $231.60 plus I was automatically signed up for autopay. I tried calling the company several times, listened to a recording saying my wait time was under 2 minutes and after 10-15 minutes I hung up. I’ve reached out to PayPal and my Credit Card Company. Hoping this can be taken care of in a timely manner

Company got back to me. Told me I didn’t decline
the offer of additional products, expedited shipping and autopay that I had to decline after checkout so they were automatically added to my order! The additional products are not even the same size of the original product I ordered and are totally useless. This makes absolutely no sense. They offered me a 50% refund which still leaves me paying over $100 for a bra I ordered that was supposed to cost $20. I will be attempting to return the entire order for a full refund once I get it.

I emailed the company separately and received this response so I am now satisfied with the transaction.
We want to let you know that we have now issued a refund of $231.60 USD for the additional items on your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for this to appear back on your original payment method.

Regarding on the subscription, you are currently enrolled in the 30-day free trial of the VIP membership, so you will not be charged during this trial period. This service was you initially opted for when you purchased our Floral Secrets Comfort Rose Bra. This offer is optional, and we strive to make the terms clear during checkout; however, if this wasn’t your intent, we completely understand and are happy to cancel your membership immediately.

If I could give a zero star review I…

If I could give a zero star review I would the first one they sent didn't fit even with my measurements correctly so I messaged them to send it back and they told me to keep it to send them the proper measurements so I went up two cup sizes and three band sizes and still did not fit properly was made from really good material just doesn't fit at all even with actually being measured the front clasp is way cheap and does not hold do not waste your money your time your effort

No chance this "bra" would ever fit

I guess I got something you could call a bra. Despite being labelled my size on the packaging and on the bra itself, there is no way this would ever fit. I used my regular size which I order from La Senza or Victoria's secret.
I wouldn't waste my money if I were you.

This is a scam to set up a reoccurring…

This is a scam to set up a reoccurring payment. Do not buy. I paid £17 for a bra that is way too small, uncomfortable and no good. They added a free VIP service to my cart. I then had £26 taken from my account the following month which I am in the process of trying to claim back via PayPal. I googled the company and this is happening to so many people. Do not buy!!!

I am beyond impressed with the customer…

I am beyond impressed with the customer service of this company! they went above and beyond to make sure that any issues were taken care of in a timely manner, they were communicative with me through the whole process. Sarah and Kelly are AMAZING! I have not experienced this exceptional service and care in a long time. The actual bra is way higher quality than I was even expecting and based off how I was treated I would happily order many more times from Floral Secrets.

Scam

The fabric was low quality, the size was off, took several weeks to receive, but worst of all they charged my card $35 for 4 months saying I “agreed to it when I clicked the free shipping box” I had to cancel my card. This is nothing but a deceptive scam

Small and thin material not good

After seeing countless ads on Facebook I brought a few bras. For 1 they run VERY VERY small in size, 2 supposedly an uplifting affect without the annoying underwire not true at all and 3 they are made from the thinnest material they look and feel like something you would buy from Temu or Shein. Honestly dont waste your money it is not worth it

Too small in bust

Too small in bust. They were to send me 2 new ones in a larger size. I only received one and it was in the same size as the others. I reached out to them once again. Said they would correct and wanted all the information I previous gave them again. It's been over 3 months still I receive and paid for a product that does not fit properly as their sizing chart says.

Terrible site do not use

Don't bother not true to size terrible quality made in China and delivery was awful and then they take other payments from you. Had to cancel card and went down to fraud as I did not authorise.

Floral secrets is a misleading company

Floral secrets is a misleading company, upon checkout make sure you look very closely as they unknowingly sign you up for a “VIP” membership!! Went just about a year before I noticed a monthly charge for this crap!! My wife wasn’t even fussed on the bras. Buyer beware!!

I wish I could give no stars!

Do not waste your money. I bought several bras. The Bras came and they are the wrong size. I tried to return it and they asked for pictures of bra. Huh, why? So, I sent it. They still refused to send me the return process. They wrote back and asked for pics of me and my measurements. I wrote back that I just want to return it. They waited days then wrote and closed my return process because it was grater than 30 days.

They ran out the clock.
Customer Service is awful.

Scam Avoid.

I ordered one bra was horrified to find that they took an extra $102 without me knowing until I checked my statement. They sent me 3 extra bras which I had not ordered. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered . Paypal no help at all.

Size up in the cup.

Size up in the cup.
I ordered my usual bra size, and compared it with the sizing guide on the site, but the cups were WAAAY too small.
Customer services were wonderful and immediately sent me the entire order again but in a bigger cup. ….no questions asked. They also kept me updated on the status of my replacement order every few days, which I found reassuring.
Overall, a pleasing experience.

My original order did not fit.

My original order did not fit.. I left that in a comment on a Facebook post and I ended up getting a response.. After a few emails, I am surprised by getting told I am getting replacements that should be a better fit.. ThNk you for making things right.. I greatly appreciate it.

Above & beyond

I moved, and my bra i thought was forwarded, but I never received it!! Someone did, as it didnt go back either… I explained what happened, and that I had got it because I have been diagnosed w 3rd stage breast cancer & I wanted to feel pretty even though my hair was gone and i felt like crud. They sent me another, AND it was whst i originally ordered AND it fit great, AND the pretty applique on the back showed above perfectly the red tank top i had that is Exactly Same Shade!!
Very nice! They didnt have to send another, but Im delighted they did 🙂 Thank You
