It's been 18 days the order still has…
It's been 18 days the order still has not come and the support is not great they just keep saying oh it's in the mail it's in the mail well now as a company you need to freaking find out what's going on in the mail and get the package to the customer this is getting ridiculous. The company asked for the information on WX9C120116475025 there's your tracking number and I've already been dealing with your support team and still nothing support always just sends me the same tracking number like I haven't been already looking at that .. get more angry by the day it's now been 19 days

For this reason, our support team has been referencing the same tracking details, as there is no indication from the carrier that the shipment is missing or delayed at this point.
If there is any new or separate issue with the contents of the package after delivery, we’re more than willing to review that with you. Otherwise, since delivery has been confirmed by both the carrier and yourself, there is no further action we can take with the shipping provider.

Do not buy waste of money
This bra is terrible.It leaves permanent, scarring and bruising in between your breasts from the clasp.My nipples are always popping out the top.They never stay in the bra, like they should. I'm constantly tugging and pulling it up. Buckles and rolls up on you on the side. Ladies , they got us on this one for all the ones who spent their money on it! It's a shame you can't get quality product anymore. Other promises in life and how perfect your boobs will look, they failed to mention, it's annoying, uncomfortable and in my case painful!

Don't buy from here
I wanted to purchase one bra to try it out, but the website has so many pop ups during the check out process that I kept trying to dismiss. The website glitched and I didn't realise until I got the confirmation email that there had been three extra 3 packs added making my order over 100 dollars! And I was told I couldn't cancel the order or get a refund immediately because it had "already been shipped" which is also bs. This site is a scam and the bras are crap.
After reporting the unapproved charge to my bank and informing the support team that I will be posting a review to the BBB I was offered a refund. I have accepted this refund and am still waiting for the original order to arrive so that I may return it.

I was a little skeptical at first, but the Comfort Rose Bra genuinely surprised me. The material feels soft against the skin, and the lace detail looks beautiful without being itchy or irritating. What really stood out is the lift it's noticeable but still natural, and I can wear it all day without that tight, digging feeling I usually get from underwires. The straps stay in place, and the overall fit feels supportive without being restrictive. After a few weeks of use, I can honestly say this has become one of my go-to everyday bras.

I truly wish I could give 0 stars. I selected one bra, got an 'offer' to add three more, which I declined. They charged me for the one bra, then later charged me in a separate transaction for the three I said no to. They wouldn't give me the full refund and only offered a 50% refund out of 'goodwill'. PayPal dispute was useless. If I return the items, I have to send them at my own expense, and I don't trust them to actually process a refund. I'm just glad I spotted that they'd signed me up for a monthly subscription and blocked it before they could scam more money out of me.
They sent the bras that I never asked for, and they're not even particularly good quality.

If I could give this 0 stars I would not only did it take 3 weeks to get here but when it did get here they sent 2 of the rose bra not 1, I checked only one was ordered but got charged for both. It didnt even come close to fitting properly you get spillage and my C 36 I ordered was the size of an a 34 it literally fit my sister who is an a 34. Do not waste your time, energy or money.

I bought 2 bras from Floral Secrets and was reasonably impressed with the tracking and postage. To say the cup size was too small would be a gross understatement and on top of it they now have me locked into some VIP subscription that I never signed up for. Totally unnecessary if the product was any good. Didn't see it coming as it says VIP membership free on check out and just arrives in you order like that!! I want my money back that you took for a VIP that I got nothing for!!!

I would never order from this company
I ordered Bras and it said on the website 30 day money back. I finally received my package and none of them fit so I asked to return for a refund and they responded with we will offer you a 30% discount and you keep the product. I said I don’t want them the bras do not fit I requested a return label emailed to me they said”we don’t provide return labels” Any time I’ve sent something back to a company they email me a return label that I print out. I ordered on September 30th. Order # 177191. Didn’t receive the package until October 21st.
