We stayed at this home in March 2023 for our Disney Vacatuon. Very close to all parks, furtherest park was about 20-25 mins away with traffic in the morning. Didn’t use any of the amenadies as we only went to Disney so I cannot comment on those but the house itself is just as pictured. They don’t have any celining fans but there are floor/portable fans on a few rooms! Overall great house, would stay again.

We wished we knew of this place sooner. Perfect location and place to stay. The shuttle to the Disney properties was a God sent. All of the staff were helpful. If you need a large enough space for your gathering this is it. We had 13 people and we were not on top of each other. Florida Premier Rentals were very easy to communicate with. We had all the info we needed to use the facility. With the exception of the air conditioning malfunction this property was what we needed. The kids loved the pool and the decorated bunk bedrooms and the arcade. The kitchen pots and cook equipment was exactly what we needed. We appreciate the clear instructions for care of the property and the advanced warning of the limited supplies of toilet paper and garbage Bags. We’re pleasantly surprised with the number of coffee filters were given. Again other than the maintenance issue of the air conditioning unit we had a great time together in this spacious unit.

Amazing vacation home with Florida Premier Rentals! For sure needs some maintenance as none of the LED lights in kids rooms worked, knives dull, toaster only working on one side, light bulbs burned out, but home was immaculate! Exceptionally clean and well appointed and the resort was fantastic with great amenities. One downside, like most of the world...the resort restaurant was short staffed, but the great bartenders and pools staff made up for it:) Take the kids to resort pool during the day and enjoy the huge pool, kids area and pool DJ and contests! Private pool was great and heat was HOT. Host Yvonne was attentive and responded to every issue we had immediately. There were 18 of us and we never felt like we were in each others way...home is super spacious. We would stay here again 100%

We enjoyed staying at this house. Close to everything and had everything we needed. Clean and well organized. We loved the theater room as we used it every night. The kids loved the themed rooms. Would recommend.

Awesome stay
We have stayed in many of Florida’s vacation homes, but this one at Florida Premier Rentals was by far the best. Our kids enjoyed everything (the pool of course was number one). I will most definitely be back on our next Florida trip next year.

Great size! This place fit our family gathering perfectly and with room to breathe, even with every bed filled. Everyone enjoyed the home. It was a great location being just within the Kissimmee limits and allowed easy access to everything Disney and Orlando. We had a need for maintenance and they were very prompt, even going above and beyond to accommodate us. The property management was also very responsive to our questions and suggestions. We would stay again.

We booked a vacation with Florida Premier Rentals starting 7/10 and checking out 7/17. 232 Auburn Ave (Encore Resort at Reunion) From the moment we entered the home we experienced the following issues.
Air Condition was not working on the first floor (61 degrees second floor / 80 degrees first floor)
7 interior lights not working.
2 exterior lights not working (unable to use patio and pool at night)
First floor master toilet not working and backing up.
First floor master shower backing up.
3 of the 10 kitchen chairs were broken.
Pots and pans were so cheap that most of the pans were deformed and bent we need to purchase our own.
Wi-Fi system in the home was very slow and spotty. IT company had to come and replace the router.

During the week some of these items were addressed with a call each day and us waiting around for a repair person to show up. We would call each morning and talk to Yvonne at Florida Premier Properties to report the issues repeatedly only to be told she was doing her best to have someone swing over. The air condition was never repaired, and we were told due to the fact there was only one air conditioner in the home the first floor will always be much warmer then the second floor where the unit is located. (Florida heat 95+ degrees) Yvonne told us that she would have fans brought over many times but that never happened. The toilet and shower issue was never resolved as the repair company told us they would need to order parts. I found a local repair company and paid them $100 to snake the drain to fix the issue as we could no longer deal with a nonfunctioning first floor bathroom. In total we missed out on many planed events due to all these issues and would never stay or deal with Florida Premier Rentals again. My feeling is that they thought we would stop calling and wear us down. In total we spend over 20hrs on the phone with them and waiting for repair people to arrive.

We stayed at Wishing on A Star. Amazing Week
Just as advertised!!!! The home was perfect and then some. Very clean and had all the amenities. The property is amazing. The pool in the home and the community pool are top notch. We will definitely be back.

Great Property
This was a fantastic property for our 10 day stay in Orlando. It felt like a home away from home. It was very clean and provided pretty much everything we needed. Only issue was the lack of privacy from the front door, but nothing a good sheet can't handle. We will definitely book here again!!

My family and I stayed in the Wishing On A Star condo in October 2020. I can't say enough good things about this property! They were so helpful and everything was SO CLEAN. They made our experience awesome.

Florida Premier Rentals was so easy, responsive and right on point with our recent rental. The Glissandro House was perfect for our 11 member family vacation. The home was clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. Our family will definitely return for future stays.

Perfect Home for our Disney Family Vacation
Wow! We were excited to have our 13 family members stay at this home for our Disney Vacation and it was even better than the photos! Florida Premier Rentals had everything you would need to entertain children and adults alike. The movie theater was amazing and the private pool was perfect after long days at Disney. We were worried about the travel cost with a Lyft to and from the parks but the ride was around $20-30 each way with a car for 6, so it was manageable. We saved a lot of money renting a bunch of rooms to be on Disney property and got so much more private room to hang out with family, not to mention the private hot tub and pool. They don’t give you many amenities such as trash bags and toilet paper, so make sure to stock up when you get your groceries (Publix delivers). The price is incredibly reasonable for what you get and we would highly recommend this place for a large family who wants to do Disney AND get family hangout time in!

Ellie, Yvonne and Karen have all been helpful and take care of any problem that comes up and they go above and beyond for their guests. We are planning another trip to the Orlando area again next February and will again rent from Florida Premier Rentals.
We know that everything will be beautiful and well maintained.

Great Stay With Florida Premier Rentals.
The Condo was laid out very well and close to Disney. The main pool was just a short walk from the Condo and has a full service bar with a wait staff. The flow rider was as good as the one you will find on a cruise ship, there is a daily fee to ride it. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and will consider returning.

Florida Premier rentals was a great experience. Floor plan was perfect for multiple families. Very close to Disney parks which was great to have a very quick ride home at the end of a long day!! The resort pool and bar is awesome and the pool there is warm even in February. The pool at the house is a little smaller than it appears on the listing but you can heat it for extra cost and it’s very enjoyable! The kids loved it! It was a great time and we would definitely stay here again! Communication with property management was excellent and very nice staff!

Awesome property with LOTS of entertainment! This property is unbelievable...the pictures does it no justice! The gated community, water park, basketball court, private pool in the backyard, spacious 5 bd/ba house is EVERYTHING! My son truly enjoyed his 15th birthday celebration with his friends, dad, and myself. More than enough room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers! Less than 20 mins away from Universal Studios (shuttle provided on Saturday’s only if you don’t want to drive). Book with them...you WON’T be disappointed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Conch Cottage, managed by Florida Premier Rentals! We were so impressed with the quick communication with the management company, the cleanliness of the property, and the amazing amenities. The house was beautiful, well taken care of, and in a very nice location. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, drove to Disney a few days (a short drive) and spent some time at the water park within the community. We couldn't have had a more fantastic time. We wouldn't hesitate to book another property with this management company.
