I phoned Flowerssameday and ordered flowers. Katie was so helpful and caring on the phone. The flowers arrived at the recipients home a short while later. The Florist design Gift Box Bright was beautifully arranged and well received. I love that I was able.to.speak to someone local. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I paid an extra £7.99 for same-day delivery, yet my order was not delivered on the same day, which defeats the whole purpose of paying for this service.

On top of that, the bouquet I received looked completely different from the one shown in the photo they sent me. The arrangement was messy, lacked the same structure, and had noticeably fewer flowers. It did not match what I paid for at all.

Overall, this felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

The ordering process is clear and very easy. The order was exactly as displayed on the website, and delivery was as arranged. I'd made an error on the address and Katy was very quick to come back to me for checking. The customer service is excellent and I would absolutely recommend the Banbury Flowers same day.

I ordered flowers from Australia for my cousin in the UK. Choose Flowerssameday after reviewing other florist’s offerings. The process was very easy, they offered a great selection of flowers and good prices. Excellent communication from their customer service meant I knew the time window for the delivery and what their process was if no one was home. My cousin wasn’t at home but they placed the flowers in a secure location and left a calling card as well as emailing the action taken along with a photo.
My cousin loved her flowers which looked even more impressive when they were placed in a vase.
Very happy with Flowerssameday and happy to use them again

My friend received her beautiful flowers within hours of me placing my order. She was absolutely delighted with them, sending me a photo so that I could see them too.

I thought ordering flowers from Australia for a friend in the UK would be difficult but Flowerssameday made it so easy. My emails were promptly answered and the flowers delivered within a few hours. I asked for a photo of the flowers and this arrived by return email. Overall,it was a very professional service and I would certainly use Flowerssameday again.

We ordered a spray for my mother's funeral - yellow roses and white lilies. The photo of the spray looked really beautiful on the website, but it was massively disappointing, with not one of the white lilies anything like open. It was just a few yellow roses, as all of the lilies were just small green buds. It looked really miserable. Thank goodness, my daughter rushed around to six supermarkets, and managed to find some white lilies to save the day.

I ordered on 9th April for delivery on the 10th. The plant and scented candle arrived on time and in perfect condition, very well-packed. My daughter in law is delighted. I shall have no hesitation in using this company again.😀

I would like the transcript of the telephone conversation that I had with your staff member who took my order. I know what I ordered Red Rose gift box, at £46.00, the plant that was wrongly delieved I took to a top garden centre and the top manager stated the plant would be no more than £5.99. So I have be ripped off to which I am going to contact 'Rip of Britain'. To all those who read reviews I wouldn't trust this company 'flowerssameday.co.uk'. Go else where. (I have a legal right to request the transcript of the call, so I expect this asap)

I would like to make everyone aware of the experience I have had with same day flowers. I ordered some flowers for my daughter and son in law who have just had a baby. The first pic is the flowers that were received. The second is the picture on there website of the bouquet I ordered. Obviously it will not be identical but as you can see it bears no resemblance to the picture on there site. Now for the price folks. this bouquet cost £75.00 plus £7.99 delivery and £3 for a very small congratulations card. grand total £85.99. The bouquet received is largely chrysanthememums and a couple of spray rose type flowers. I have had various emails backwards and forwards with Katy who is the manager there, she thinks the bouquet sent represents value for money and is prepared to do nothing, she did suggest, if I would like to drive to Peterborough to return them (3 hour roundtrip) I could get a refund.Although it states on there website if you are not delighted with your purchase we will either uplift and replace your item (refused by Katy) or if you require a refund we will collect the flowers and refund you.Sorry about the long post but there was aa lot to cover

Great service

I’m sure the flowers would have been lovely. Only after I ordered and paid and went on with my day feeling happy that my flowers were organised, I then found an email saying they couldn’t actually deliver them today. They should have told me that before they completed my order and took my money. It’s now too late to arrange someone else to do my flowers. For that reason I personally won’t use them again. It turned out that flowers today don’t infact do flowers today!

But no problems at all - communication was great - they emailed me regularly to advise on the progress of my order and followed up with a confirmation of delivery along with a picture of the flowers - which were beautiful. We called from New Zealand with a last minute request for a flower arrangement to be created and delivered within just three hours. The lady we spoke with was incredibly helpful and reassuring, and we were delighted when she confirmed this would be possible. We also appreciated receiving an email to let us know the flowers had been delivered. Outstanding service and we highly recommend.
