Rang in the morning for some flowers and choc for my friend delivery was quick and the flowers beautiful. Good price

Delivery was after 7:30 PM and no tracking or delivery information given contrary to their promise. My note to them was met by defensive comments and no apology. Special day rather spoiled. Be cautious of their claims about delivery. Flowers themselves were very pretty but after the moment had passed.

Flowers were delivered at the time they said and they were absolutely stunning, my wife was in tears as to how beautiful they were will definitely use again for her birthday 🎂

Firstly thank you very much for delivering the red roses to my wife, it is most appreciated and the quality and presentation of the flowers have exceeded our expectations greatly. I will certainly be using this service again as it was very professionaly executed.

Really impressed with this company. Put my order in at 10.30am today and by 1.30 pm today my sister had a gorgeous bouquet which cheered her up so much after a miserable week. It’s so nice to be able to get a fast delivery so efficiently. The website was easy to navigate.

Fantastic same day service.
I completed my online order at 12:34 and the flowers were delivered by 13:41 (I even had a phone call to double check the address of the recipient - lucky they did check as I'd had a dyslexic moment with the house number)

I am very pleased with the service, emails and delivery to my partner. She was delighted with the presentation and bouquet of red roses.
They were delivered on the day I requested.

Absolutely delighted with the service from the Rose Bowl team delivering to Trentham. Kept me informed the whole way through and sent a photo of the bouquet being delivered in the morning and then also of my mom receiving the flowers for her birthday.

We had a death in our extended family and we called on 4th Ferbruary, from the USA, to get advice/recommendations, place an order, and have flowers delivered to a UK address on February 9th. The lady who helped us on the phone, was pleasant, made a couple of useful suggestions as to appropriate arrangements for the day of the funeral. We were very very happy with the flowers that were delivered on time, matched our input and included a nice hand written card. From my experience I recommend them without hesitation.

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered - I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. They were wilted and sparse- nothing like to photo I had chosen from. There were several options and I chose quite an expensive bunch and they are just not the quality that they should be. What a waste of money. What was supposed to be a wonderful thank you has turned into a tacky embarrassment.

I just wanted to say that the customer service is 1st class... thank you so much, from ordering, to receiving a telephone call because I messed up the delivery address and your member of staff noticed and cared enough to phone to check, communication throughout, right up to delivery, absolutely 1st class. Can't praise you enough. I will definitely be ordering from you again, and of course thanks to Nicola for the gorgeous flowers.

I was unable to telephone until late morning but the flowers I ordered were delivered by 4 p.m. the same day. Very efficient and helpful service and the recipient phoned me to say they had arrived and how beautiful they were, also sending me a photo.

Appalling service, this company needs to change its name, your flowers do not get delivered the same day nor the day after. After a telephone conversation stating they would re-deliver two days later they cancelled my order without even telling me. I’ve also noticed their reviews are sent via an email after purchase how convenient for them. Lots of 5 stars reviews on their page, not surprisingly when their blocking the terrible service they actually deliver.

I would recommend Flowerssameday as the service was exceptional. the flowers were beautiful and just right for the occasion. they were delivered on time and very much appreciated by the family

Absolutely sh*t! For a company called "Flowerssameday" they managed to get the delivery 2 days late! No compensation was offered and they didn't even return my call. When the flowers actually arrived, they were incredibly overpriced. Would never use them again and if you do want flowers on the day, don't use Flowerssameday!
