I live in Western Australia and I've ordered flowers for various occasions for my twin sister who lives in Suffolk UK. Each time they've arrived on schedule and my sister has been thrilled with them. Terrible company. Accepted order online and then was rude when they phoned me back to say that they can't deliver. It's Christmas time and they have my money. I can't buy from anywhere else :(
They shouldn't accept the order if they don't have capacity!

I needed to order a sheaf for a funeral that was taking place at the other end of the country. I was trying to order from a local florist in that area directly but didn’t have any luck finding one that did sheave’s. I found flowers same day but ordered about 2 weeks in advance so can’t comment on same day service. It did state on the website that for funeral flowers they needed a few days notice.

The day before the funeral I got a call from them informing me that the florist was unable to get hold of the irises that were pictured in the sheaf that I picked but they could replace them with different flowers in the same colour way I was happy for a replacement flower. I thought that it was nice to ask beforehand as it could have been important to have that particular flower.

On the day I got a notification that the sheaf had been delivered at 9.40am well in time for the funeral at 12pm. My husband attended the funeral and was able to tell me that the sheaf looked beautiful and the note was exactly what I had written.

They were very helpful over the phone. I needed funeral flowers. The flowers that arrived were absolutely beautiful, so much better than the picture. I will use this company again. Thank you.

Incredible service. Kind and friendly person at the end of the phone. Delivered ahead of schedule and bigger bouquet than I even expected. Loved that the card was handwritten on the card and envelope as such a gorgeous touch. I'll be contacting them again for sure!

Awful company I only chose them because it was same day delivery. They didn’t deliver the same day. I asked for a refund this they were delivered on the Monday. They didn’t deliver them on the Monday. It was a really special birthday for my sister. It ruined it all do not use this company

I ordered a boxed bouquet of flowers from FSD, I chose the pink pastel one as it was so pretty.
However when my daughter received it, it looked like a supermarket bunch of flowers!
For a start off the flowers were yellow & burgundy & hardly any blooms. There were no roses as on the photo just cheap filler flowers! I was so disappointed. I rang the number given. They agreed to replace the flowers but only if we exchanged the original ones. You would think as a gesture of goodwill they would let her keep them!
The new flowers were a little better than the original but not much. Won’t be using this company again .
