Such a pathetic and frustrating service experience with FNP I honestly don’t understand how a company can operate like this. No one ever replies properly on WhatsApp, and when they do, it’s just to take your details and promise a callback that never happens. The agents never call back, never follow up, and never take responsibility.

I tried multiple times to contact them, thinking maybe it was just a delay, but it’s the same story every time. They ask for your name, number, and issue, and then completely disappear. There is absolutely no communication, no updates, and no sense of customer care. It feels like once they get your details, they simply don’t care anymore.

I have never come across such poor service in my life. It wastes your time, your energy, and your patience. A customer expects at least a basic response or a callback, but here you get nothing. No professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for customers.

This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend FNP to anyone unless you enjoy being ignored. Truly disappointing and unacceptable.

The executive was very supportive and polite.

Worst my order was delayed without any clear reason.
On top of that, when the delivery finally arrived, the order was incorrect. I clearly requested name cans, yet I received the wrong items.
This shows a complete lack of professionalism, poor time management, and no attention to customer requests. A place that cannot respect its working hours or deliver correct orders is simply not a place anyone can rely on.
