I spoke with both kayla and amy who very quickly sorted out my problem.
I had been scammed and they were both so understanding and my problem was resolved within 10 minutes of being on the phone. I am so very thankful to both people I spoke with as I definitely dont need any more stress than what I already have. They both quickly understood the problem and dealt with it efficiently and i cant praise them enough for this. They explained the procedure of the cancellation and return very well and made me feel ten times less worried about if I would get my money back.
When shopping for a new device, the way they handled my situation has greatly impacted my decision and I will definitely become a customer in the future.
Once again I am so thankful to both ladies and i would highly recommend anyone to become a customer simply based on how their customer service team handles people and their problems.

Ordered before the 2pm cut off for next day delivery but this didn't happen. On calling Customer Service, I was given some excuse about security check causing a delay - I only purchased a phone and no contract so if the payment went through, not sure what further security is required.
Received no shipping emails so I contacted them via the online chat later in the day to be told it was shipped the previous day and given a tracking number - on tracking this number on the Royal Mail website, it was only notified to the courier 6 minutes before I was given the number - not the day before as I was told.
Still not had an email notifying me that my order has shipped or a tracking number (other than the online chat with customer service) but I have received my phone, but not next day as advertised.
On the phone - purchased a refurbished "Excellent" grade - to be honest, it looks brand new and has 100% battery health.
If the communication was slightly better, it would have been 5 stars but the product is 5 stars.
Would order from again.

Great deal for a new Samsung phone
I found a great deal online for a new phone for my son. I was struggling to complete through USwitch so I gave Fonehouse customer services a call. I spoke to Callum. Friendly, helpful and understanding
I had to cancel my phone contract due to no coverage in my building and liased with Charlotte and Ido, both were very friendly, understanding and patient. I am very happy with the level of care and support they provided so took out a new phone and contract with Fonehouse which was delivered the next day! Their customer service is excellent, I would definitely recommend!
