Awful website. No correlation between what shows as in stock and what they actually have in their warehouse.
Not worth risking buying something if it were for a gift or needed in a short timeframe as you have no idea if they'll dispatch or cancel it. Customer services are useless and have no helpful information beyond what you can find yourself. Quite sad, as Footlocker used to be a decent company.
Order trainers months in advance so you might get them in time
Ordered a pair of trainers several days ago. No updates at all then finally shipped with DHL and then waited in all day for delivery only for the driver to be unable to use the lift and storm out the flats because he is so dumb. Left a calling card saying sorry we missed you even though I was on my way down to meet him. Footlocker are no help and now I have to wait another 3 days for delivery. What a joke of a company.

INCOMPETENCE
10 days after placing order still waiting..customer service was incompetent. Tracked my shoes down and they weren’t even sent. When they did finally send them they are sitting in a Wellington nz post and I’m not sure what is happening.. they sure did take my money though.

Waited for Limited Edition Jordan shoe. Order was placed successfully. Monies Taken...- All good until here. But then Shoes never arrived!! They got lost !! . Customer service never initiated to get in touch 7 days into waiting when i wrote, answer was "that this happens often.. i need to be patient and further wait 2-3 days and report back if they dont arrive".. They still did not arrive... ( Instead of securing a like for like from their warehouse they let me wait this limited edition Jordan Grey ). AFter multiple chases . all i recieve as customer is "apology".. THey are not even acknowledging the fact that - i have missed on limited edition shoe which is not available anymore .. Extremly unsatisfied the customer care they provide.
Wrong shoe size sent
Wrong shoe size sent. Now won’t have them for my holiday as planned. Was told I could not re-order for 2 weeks! I was hoping a replacement might have been dispatched immediately so I would have them as planned, but no. Also Customer services were unable to answer my questions as to when my order would arrive and made up answers to questions instead of giving factual answers. I got a 10% discount with it being my first order, and the only recompense for the mix up was a £10 voucher IE: Only £3 off buying my second pair -in 2 weeks time!

I recently purchased a pair of Nike TNs for my daughter to wear as school shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes broke after approximately one week of normal use. I returned them to the store the following week expecting the issue to be addressed.
However, the response from staff was extremely disappointing. The staff I dealt with were rude, unhelpful, and appeared clearly uninterested in assisting or resolving the issue. Their attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience particularly frustrating and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.
It was also concerning that the staff appeared to lack an understanding of their obligations under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, which requires retailers to provide a remedy when a product is faulty. In this case, the shoes clearly did not meet a reasonable standard of durability.
I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Ordered a Nike tech tracksuit as two separate items. The trousers have a hole in. Now I have to return them as the picture evidence is not enough.I will either be refunded or the trousers returned to me instead of me sending them back for a replacement. I need to open a new claim to try and return the hoodie. Absolutely disgraceful for the price I paid for the tracksuit. Will never order from them again. First and last experience.

They take orders and keep money as long as they can after shaking the mountain reaching customer service they will say its unwanted delay apologies and then finally they will refund. In the main time they will use your money refund you from others orders. If u don’t get the scam yet welcome to order from them.

Like other people have said, they sold me a pair of shoes, then proceeded to cancel my order because they didn’t have said pair of shoes in stock. What bugged me the most was that I had written to them prior to my cancellation to receive some updates on my order, since its status had remained unchanged in some days, and they even told me that everything was fine and they were packaging my shoes. My son saved up and placed an order using my account ,
I got an email saying they were delayed he was very excited for them ,
He’s been wanting them since before Christmas.
They emailed me saying I had cancelled the order .
I chatted to them quickly ,
To make sure the error was stopped for them to say :-
It seems this was cancelled due to lack of stock and not because you requested it, that's a typo we have on the cancellation emails .
They are still for sale on the site but have doubled in price !

Cardiff store…
I recently visited the Cardiff store in City centre I asked a lovely lady called Shannon where the junior section was and she was so polite and showed me, I was then handed over to a gentleman called Josh he was so accommodating with what I needed and also was there to show me the other options online that could off be an alternative to what I wanted, My friend also wanted a pair of shoes which he was again really helpful with our needs and what we wanted.I will also just mention there was a lady called Donna who was lovely to talk to and she was talking about her new shoes. Overall had a great experience in store and would return thankyou all for the support.

Never ever will I use this company again, ordered trainers in November 2025 - after waiting 3 weeks for delivery they come and were 2 totally different shoes. Iv tried to return the following instructions that were very hard to follow, at the time there was an issue in the supplying returns labels, when I finally got them to the locker for return jan 9th 2026 I sent them the proof, it is now almost MARCH and I still haven’t received my refund, after contacting them and getting the rudest call agent, didn’t listen, spoke over me and raised his voice as I was expressing my concerns, who definitely could not grasp the situation, he informed me that the parcel was not collected by UPS and is still sitting in the locker and that I as the consumer must sort this problem out myself, phone ups and ask for the parcel which obviously cannot be done as Footlocker as a company have to raise the issue with their courier service not me as a consumer. Tried to run back at 12:09 to inform them ups wouldn’t be giving me the parcel and it is their job to follow this up, only to find out that customer service is now closed and I’m still left without a refund. Absolutely terrible behaviour on their behalf and shambles of a company to deal with I will NEVER order from this company again. Worst experience I have ever encountered with customer service.
