Forest Contract Reviews 

Initially Forest contract were great. We bought on line and they were very helpful with videos to enable us to see the product, sent us material samples. Their range and flexibility on sofas was brilliant. The product was manufactured in good time. The only downside was delivery which was both very expensive and then failed on the first occasion. Forest contract was unsympathetic and also refused compensation.

We have very specific requirements; bright colours, arms on chairs and high seats etc. Forest allowed us to get exactly what we wanted. Easy to deal with and keep their promises.

Nice to deal with a company who do what they say, no complaints from initial contact to delivery of goods. Quality of goods excellent, would recommend Forest.

Great comms from the beginning, even managed to find an old contract that my predecessor ordered from them and matched the bits of furniture to the old ones. Great quality work, will use them again.

Having explored ebay and other internet sites for tabletops for my cafe, I came across forest furniture, their price, quality of product and the customer service is second to none. The payment was made by phone and the table tops arrived a few days later. The packaging was also very secure to prevent any damage in transit. Rather than wasting time trekking through ebay and other sites in the future. I would certainly be using these guys first!

We found staff helpful, available, and informative - engaged with our project, and helpful in accommodating our needs. It was particularly useful to be able to visit a venue in our area where we could try out the model of chair before deciding to purchase. We appreciated being sent samples to chose our own fabric, and the finished product has received compliments for comfort and style.
