Forest Contract Reviews 

I recently ordered 40 chairs and 10 tables from Forest. It was good to see that everything is made in the UK and that it was good quality and reasonable prices.
The only problem that I did have was one of the tables was damaged. However, I believe that this may have been down to the delivery driver.

Sofas were exactly as described, communications with Sales team were good, no reservations in recommending Forest Contracts

FC were easyy to deal with, helpful and cooperative. Overall a good experience with good communication and a good product.

I feel that a few less contacts per sale would leave me with a much more comfortable experience. I too chase the sale to close, but do exercise a little patience when required and/or asked for.

The service was quick & any quiries were answered quickly.
I had a problem with installation date, as a date was not checked, but Forect Contract was very accomodating.
This company will be put forward at similar projects.

Have been a customer of Forest contract for many years for good reason. They deliver a high quality product at competitive prices and deliver when they say they will deliver. What else is required? Exceptional service.

No problems with sales ,ordering , prices ,pleasant staff to deal with and a great product.
Some of the designs are looking abit dated but thats easily rectified.

Prompt with quotes and paperwork. Product made as per specification. Satisfactory experience

Before purchasing, we decided to visit the showroom, and despite it being a small trade order, Robert went out of his way to help us decide on the right sofas for us, and he even dropped us off at the airport after our visit (he also offered to pick us up too!)

The sofas are of a great quality and look very impressive in our holiday accommodation, there have been so many great comments from guests also asking where they can purchase the sofas.

Thanks to Robert and everyone else at Forest Contract for going out of the way to deliver some stunning sofas within the agreed time. We will certainly be ordering again soon, they are pleasure to deal with :)

I can only say that I am delighted with the furniture and service I received from Forest Contract. I ordered 20 tables and 60 chairs for my newly refurbished restaurant and they came as ordered and on time. It's often easy to forget when people do a good job, so i'd thought i'd take the time to recognise this company and say thank you.
