Horrible!
Ordered an item and never received it. Never got any response via email. Filling a complaint with the BBB

I ordered something from these back in april last year they took my money but never received my items

I think a class action lawsuit is in order. I filed a better business bureau report but I'm still not happy. They are a fraud and a scam. They need to be stopped.

Do not order u will not get your products it's been over a month

I order a outfit for my daughter over a month ago and still haven’t received it yet but they charged my card the 2nd day and sent me a order number but yet and still no outfit do not buy from them

Do not order from this company I ordered some baby items overa month ago the money has been taken out of my account but never have received my items.Cannot get in touch with these people .Bythe time I get them they will be to small.

Ordered several items, over a month later still not received. Later I get an email saying some items cancelled, no explanation. Takes forever to get merchandise, maybe that's why it is part of name. You are lucky to receive order.

Placed an order 2 months ago. I sent an email stating that I never received my order they wrote back saying it was lost and asked if I wanted them to resend or if I wanted a refund. I said refund. They said someone would get back to me. Well nobody got back with me and ignoring my emails now

if I could give no stars I would I ordered a outfit for my granddaughter November 11th when it was not here a month later I got in touch with the company received a reply from the company from a guy named William with all these excuses he misses his sister and his wife and they cannot refund my money it would make them go bankrupt I am on a fixed income and where as $20 doesn t seem like a lot of money it is to me my daughter has tried to get my money back too and they told her the same thing we will go bankrupt

Sent the wrong item . Item sent us ugly and cheap looking 5 days before cbri5. Now my baby has no Christmas outfit cos I will not put this on her. Neon green tutu with white ruffle leggins. iUGLY

I have a Grandson on the way and I had to order him a few bits the Little Brother T-Shirt 0-3 is just to cute quality is excellent (Branded) The Superbaby Romper o my super cute 0-3 and the I ❤ Daddy socks 0-3 quality of both is excellent Thank You Forever Baby I am Melted with so much cuteness ❤
