Didn’t turn up for booked instruction appointment, no contact and didn’t answer the phone…what more do I need to say. Very unprofessional.

Used Foster & Lewis to sell a house in Coventry March 2024 . Brilliant service from all the team ( Sharon, Glen & Mathew ) . House sale was subject to a time limit , must say a massive thank you to the team , especially Sharon , who just stepped up to the plate totally and did loads of chasing , e mailing , phoning etc to make sure the sale went through in the time frame . Have to say without her help I doubt it we’d have hit the specific date we had to exchange contracts by . She’s a top lady and would definitely recommend using Foster & Lewis to anyone . We’re definitely going to use her next time we sell properties. Thanks to the team at Coventry office you guys are brilliant.

The letting agency came to visit my partners flat to "test the keys". They gave no prior notice and attempted to enter the flat. Only when my partner screamed, did they stop and runaway. No apology was given. I can't believe this is an isolated innocent and it was deeply suspicious, I would advice anyone that has had a similar experience to contact the police.
