bad service
I tried to buy one Nikon camera online. After paying for it I received an email from them saying the camera is not on stock. They gave me options: to wait, or to have the money returned. I was not in a hurry, so I was willing to wait. However when I asked them how much time it would take to have the camera they could not answer. Therefore I choosed to have the money returned. I received an email sayint it will take 3-5 working days. After 5 working days, nothing happened. I was not called, no email, no nothing. I called them and I found out that nobody from Financial is there and I was advised to send an email. I sent the email where I specified I would prefered to be called. Nobody bothered to call. I received an email saying there was some delay at the bank.
I finally received my mone back after about 7 working days (10 normal days). In this time interval the camera was still on their website as available on stock. Although my money were blocked, they did not bothered too much with contacting me. Ordering from them was a mistake, one that I will not repeat!
