Same as everyone else, ordered 30th Nov, now Jan 2021. Not a single response or reply to any of the many emails or Freshdesk. No phone number or postal address. CAB and Trading standards informed.

More worryingly the website is now a baseball shop

Total scam - lost £140 - had to claim back from credit card - DO NOT USE

Scam company - reported to my bank to try and get a refund. Website link now appears to be a candle store!

As with every single review on here this is (now was, website is defunct) sadly a fake scamming website. Takes money, send you a confirmation email and doesn’t reply to emails. Alarm bells should have rung when it says in the small print that deliveries take up to 2 weeks - giving them enough time to take in people’s hard earned cash before we realise they’re dirty fraudsters. Shame on them. Vile behaviour.

As others have said, do not order, I have had no communication from them and they have taken my money, no items have been received.

Do not use! Complete scam, have sent various emails and they have now blocked me, their website is now down

It's literally a scam website - I stupidly did not read reviews before buying from this website. They will take your money, send you a 'confirmation' email but you'll never hear from them again - took the money for a very expensive perfume, but never received the item. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but of course they do not respond. Total scam - how is this website still up and running? How has this not been taken down yet?

They receive the money and block you from contacting them!!

I ordered from their website on 28th November and received a confirmation email stating my order was being processed. I chased my order on 12th December by email and heard nothing back. Please do NOT order anything from this website... it's a scam! I've since had to phone my bank to claim the money back. I'll only order from reputable websites in future! Please read the other reviews... they're doing it to everyone!

Avoid!! Item purchased; no email receipt or subsequent emails. Letter through post saying item out of stock- seems strange as was recorded delivery. Several weeks later logged into PayPal; tracking info saying delivered- Royal Mail ID was for the letter received. Luckily I kept the envelope. PayPal refunded within an hour.

Total fraudsters. Reported to cibercrime police and Visa. Why the website is still allowed to operate god knows. They run two other sites too. One for fashion and one for candles. Check reviews before you buy. Hope they go to jail and get their justice.

Appalling company, I have not received my order, no one replies to emails to chase and there’s is no phone number on their site to ring them. I want my money back but am struggling. Do not use, stay well away from them, use a reputable company. Not even sure they are a company and not just a scam!

Fraud, avoid at all costs. Everyone had left negative reviews including myself. Ordered and haven't recieved my product.
