This is a scam website that take money and don't send items.

unfortunately, I haven't read the reviews about this company before I made my order.

No tracking, no customer service, no reply to emails and no telephone number to call.

I ordered a perfume about 3 weeks ago and hasn't arrived yet and it will not!

I talked to my bank this morning which transferred me to the dispute department and I finally managed to get my money back.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My mother unfortunately did for a Christmas present. Two weeks later, no goods have arrived. Bank notified and cards cancelled. Wish she had asked me to check the website before she did. Website is poorly done and the ‘Track your order’ page links straight to the Royal Mail. These are key signs of a quick website designed to unfortunately trick people in to buying items before Christmas. Terrible.

Like many of the people leaving a review here I ordered something, it hasn't arrived and had no response from the company.
I've reported the theft to Action Fraud, as well as my bank and stripe the payment provider on the website.
Anyone in Leeds fancy seeing if the company is genuinely based at this location?

Update 14/12/20 contacted the leeds address where this company is registered and it is a Virtual office , they have multitudes of complaints regarding them and described them aa a " Scam company".- my next step is trading standards and Watchdog 😁

Only giving this company 1 star as no stars can be given, no.communication , no delivery date, no customer services , absolute rip off merchants , dispute opened via bank.

Ripped off like everyone else. Payment taken, no confirmation, no product delivered, no response to emails. Started disputed transaction claim with my credit card provider.
They have fake positive Trustpilot reviews on their website.
Steer well clear.

Ordered an item which has not been received and no response to emails. I couldn’t find any reviews when I ordered so glad this has now been set up. I will be reporting to action fraud and Leeds trading standards.

Scammers dont use wish i had checked on here first traced the company back to a mr niall Scott based in Leeds if thats any help to anyone get there money back

Do not use this website-item never arrived. Ordered EDT 27/11/20. Never arrived. No phone number. Emailed their customer services-who appear to be an external company-said they'd get back to me after raising a ticket. They never did. Raised dispute with CC company who will get the money back and take further action if they find that they are not a bona-fide Company

Update 14/12/20 Bank have returned money to my account via Chargeback and their investigations continue- I will also contact Action Fraud

AVOID this website at all costs! It’s a scam they take your money and you never receive the perfume, they ignored my emails and I’ve never once heard anything back from them. So I’m now money down and I will be pursing this further!

Order never arrived. They never replied to any of my emails. It’s a scam and whoever owns the fake website needs to arrested for fraud. I will pursue this as far as possible and for as long as possible.

Fake website they steal your money & you won’t get your order. I ordered perfume they took my money but not heard anything else or received my goods BEWARE they are scammers

As others have experienced, I have received no confirmation of order, no goods and no replies to emails.

It appears the scammer is operating several sites (hosted on an Icelandic server) all based on the same format.
I can't post links in this review but use the normal three www and dot prefix.
The first two are couk sites, the last two are com sites.
