Obviously a fradulent website on hindsight! payment taken, no goods received and no response to contacts emails sent. didn't do my research :-( as their website shows this is obvious! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sadly, my experience is exactly the same as all of these reviews. I have sent them many e-mails and have not received any replies. This is the final e-mail which I have sent this morning.

“I’ve now looked at Trustpilot, something which I wished I’d done before. It saddens me that, if what I am reading on Trustpilot is correct, someone can take advantage of others in this way.

Five weeks have passed since my positive COVID-19 test and I am still recuperating at home. I have been floored by many after-effects which are very unpleasant and exhausting.

To be taken by ambulance to A&E, without being able to hug my family before leaving, looking at my distraught husband and children and all of us wondering if we would see each other again, was the most terrifying experience of our lives.

But I am one of the fortunate ones to be home and surrounded by my family. About the only thing I’ve been able to do is online Christmas shopping. These items which I ordered in good faith through your company are the last two gifts to arrive.

I don’t expect a reply to this e-mail, as indeed I haven’t received replies to any of my e-mails, but I hope that by reading this, the people concerned with your company may just feel a little compassion and guilt. Indeed, it may even make the people concerned think twice about their actions in the future.

In these uncertain and terrifying times which we are all enduring, let’s just be compassionate, respectful and kind to each other 😊.”

I’m not in any doubt that I’ll receive a reply but I just needed to get my feelings off my chest. It’s so disappointing that there are people who take advantage of others in this way 😔.

I wish I had looked at the reviews first! Despite repeated emails, no reply. Total cowboys!
I will now have to got through my credit card company for a refund. Advice - I would not touch this company with a sh**ty stick!

It give it zero if I could!! Same as everyone else... ordered and paid on 28th November. No reply to 3 emails and no perfume. Trying to claim back from my bank.

Same as with other reviews on here, took my payment on 27th Nov, nothing received and no reply to several emails. Web site still running - unbelievable they haven't been closed down. In process of getting refund from Bank. Looking at web site its clear its dubious - can't believe i fell for these crooks. AVOID

Scam, item never arrived. I managed to get a phone number for the address they are registered. They explained they were a office rental company and that ffl had used that address. They have spoken to trading standards as ffl were still using it illegally on the website. AVOID !

SCAM! Even fooled me at first with a response to my first email. Don’t do it!

I was worried about this as I ordered 3/4 weeks ago and hadn’t heard anything... just looked at the reviews on here and it’s confirmed I’ve been scammed. Ordered as a Christmas present too :(

I bought a cologne for my dad which was £37 on this website on the 27th of November for my dad’s Christmas present, they sent a confirmation email that they are processing it. Then I emailed them on the 11th,12th and 14th of December checking on my order as I haven’t received my order yet, and they haven’t replied. They never gave me a tracking number, no tracking info. The payment was taken out of my bank account. Today which is the 15th of December i told my mum, she looked into it and checked on trust pilot and searched up their name and I found out that everyone got scammed and never received their product. Tomorrow I’m going to the bank to get my money back and I will call the police to get rid of this website so that others won’t get scammed aswell. Never buy from this website. Before buying from a website check the reviews on trust pilot and check if they have a phone number starting with 01202, 01425, 020, or 010. Check that they have a legit address. If they don’t have any of this then that means that they are a scam website. Hope this info helps. Will update if anything happens

Contacted the bank fraud department have to now wait a further 4-6 weeks for my money back!

Scam. They took money from my bank under the name ‘fifty 9 clothing’. They’re registered as Enessa Ltd and their address is in Leeds. I never received my order and no reply to any emails.

Also scammed!! Ordered November and not received or had response to email. Have reported to the bank!

Same experience as everybody below- money was taken, goods not delivered, and correspondence ignored.
I have reported to action fraud and would advise others to do the same. Will also be sharing on social media, and speaking to my bank in the morning.

Scammed too. Ordered 27/11/20 no response to emails and nothing delivered. Will report to bank in the morning. So sad these people are allowed to do this!

Same scam never received any confirmation or item ordered on the 1st dec told bank and they refunded my transaction do no use this site

Same for me. Ordered a perfume which never arrived. It's a scam site. AVOID
