I can’t speak more highly of the team at Fraser & Fraser. Our case lasted a couple of years but they kept me informed at every step. If you become an unexpected beneficiary, go with Fraser & Fraser to represent you, I would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with how Fraser & Fraser have conducted this process, finding all interested parties, gathering all info and keeping everyone informed.

I was visited by a rep from Fraser and Fraser back in September 2024 regarding a late uncle and was informed that i was sole heir as you can imagine this came as a shock to me. Role forward now to December 2025 i have now been informed that i will not inherit from my uncle due to me being adopted by my stepfather this automatically stems you from not being able to benefit from your biological family (shocking English law).. as you can imagine this as caused me immense stress. Fraser and Fraser how could you get it totally wrong you would have known that i was adopted through your research surely you have seen this many times and then to get through probate as well and then several phone calls later that it wont be long before completion then i got an email to say i wasn't entitled to benefit my stomack literally dropped you can imagine how i felt. i put up with this for over 14 months thinking my biological family had looked after me in some sort of way if only i had met them that was the sad part my uncles assets will probably go to the Government now because i cant see them finding other beneficiaries.

My child's school photo was ready for me to purchase, and upon checking from previous years to now, I couldn't believe the up-pricing. I understand the whole business side of things, but I don't think they think of parents who are hardly making ends meet especially at this time of the year (Christmas). I found that Digital photos are now up £20 compared to last years order, which in my opinion should be cheaper than "high quality" Prints, however that was not the case. Prints are cheaper which questions is it really high quality?. Now I'd rather take photos from my phone than letting my child take school photos from this company.

I attended a very interesting and informative online webiner for private client specialists given by Heledd Wyn on (dealing with) financial abuse of vulnerable clients. Excellent hosting of an excellent talk.

We was contacted by Fraser and Fraser , regarding heirs to a family member who had passed away leaving no immediate family, Fraser and Fraser where fantastic in explaining all around the family member explaining everything , I was a bit unsure a first regarding the estate, however all was explained and the correspondence was brilliant.Thank you

Fraser and Fraser initially contacted me in spring 2004 and informed me that I might be an heir to a cousin who had died without a will.
Throughout this process they have kept my expectations realistic and corresponded on a regular basis.
Today, about 18 months later, I received a cheque for what was the remainder of this estate, and while not a fortune, money I had never expected to have.
I would not hesitate to recommend the firm should you be contacted by them.

I had to obtain an MSG to sell some shares abroad that were inherited from my Mum, , I was totally baffled by what I needed to do and although it is not part of the service, I was guided through the steps necessary to get what I needed together for the MSG in a timely and friendly way that helped me massively, couldn't recommend them more highly, very happy indeed with the service provided.

Thank you to Michael Pow for seeing this through. The work they must do behind the scenes must be mammoth. It does seem to take ages, far longer than I had anticipated but the outcome is sound.

I appointed F&F to act for me over a year ago and since them I have not heard from them ONCE despite me sending them a number of letters.
Reading some of the positive feedback from their other clients I am left wondering why I am in this position with noone responding to my letters or emails.
