So refreshing in this day and age to get to speak with a human being. No long waits and several efforts to divert you to an automated chat or website.

The staff are brilliant and know the answer to everything. They talk you through the process via access to your screen and explain everything including correcting any mistakes you’ve made.

Absolutely brilliant service and this is why I would recommend a Nat West Business Account.

Freeagent is super easy for people at all stages, anything you may struggle to navigate initially can be easily figured out with their support/FAQs. If you have it as a Mettle add on you can attach invoices to Mettle which will transfer over automatically, otherwise you can add them when reconciling each transaction on Freeagent so you have all of your invoices in one place.
There is a bulk reconcile feature which I haven’t yet tested but this seems like it could be helpful for (especially if invoices have been added through Mettle)

Amazing, knowledgable and patient agents. I spoke to Murphie a billing specialist and she helped me soo much solved my query really quickly, explained everything so well and easy to understand. Also no queue on the phone to get through!! Couldn’t fault the service at all!

Brilliant service! So helpful to have a human pick up the phone and assist who knows what they are doing! Other online business banking services are so unhelpful and only do chats after a wait 👎. Thank you Nat West and FreeAgent! I will stick with Nat West business account for this very reason!

I've been using FreeAgent for the last couple of months since setting up as a sole trader, on recommendation from my accountant. Right from day one I've been impressed with the customer support provided which is absolutely amazing. Being able to deal with real people in a very timely manner makes life much easier. I've recently been talking with Winnie who has offered invaluable insights into a VAT query I had. The FreeAgent support team really do care; it's not just quick answers and hyperlinks, all responses are tailored to each specific request.

And the software! Wow! Seamless, swift, and works across browser and app smoothly. In fact, it's a joy to use. Perfect UI and UX.

Easy to use online however on the app it is a bit different as to find some parts you have to really go hunting for it. Great that it’s free to use and very much idiot proof for myself. Would definitely recommend however use the online version over the app if you aren’t good with technology. :)

I have contacted Free Agent several times and have always had fantastic, knowledgeable service. I am retired and have set up my own consultancy. Free Agent's support as I work through issues like VAT returns, Corporation Tax etc has been invaluable. I would strongly recommend them.

A great platform to use

I use for my business and personal accounts reporting.

I like the ease of use with the platform, both on the app and on the computer and I like that I can file my tax return directly through the platform

For those of us new to accounting for a business, this software is just incredibly helpful and user friendly!

Great product and fantastic CS team there to help you through every situation regardless of how complex or daunting it may seem.

Love Freeagent already. Iain was phenomenal in Sales support. Customer Service is underrated but so vital to retain loyalty.

The lady who helped solve my problem was very understanding and acted in a professional manner in helping me understand the way to use freeagent to get the best out of it.
I now feel my accounts will be in a better shape than they was before i spoke with her.

Honestly no idea how FreeAgent have lost more than 1/2 a star here. They are BY FAR the most helpful, reliable, knowledgeable bunch of folk I've come across (in a single company) in 20 years doing business. Their platform is also just streets ahead of any other accounting package for SMBs.
