So far so good - easy to use and intuitive

Very helpful app to keep the finances in order

Fabulous support service. FreeAgent is a very comprehensive package and I had made a mess of an entry. They talked me through backing it our and correcting the issue. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Started using it recently for my Limited, and it has all the tools I need for my small business. It surely needs some learning but so far nothing has been too difficult to do. One thing that I will be interested is how it helps with the Corporate tax and the end of year fillings. Will see...

waste of time and money. Avoid unless you wish to pay for an accountant to fix the mess this software makes.

Generally good, but I would really like to be able to upload inventory items to fully integrate with my inventory system as there are too many changes to easily keep up to date.

Great software very easy to use

The Freeagent app makes managing your accounts easy and accessible. I am new to business and no one has helped me as much as this company. Their customer services is first class, never long waits to talk to someone in person to support you step by step. If only all companies could be as good as this one.

Five stars for FreeAgent. Before choosing FreeAgent for the MTD for HMRC as a Soletrader, I was overwhelmed with the new requirements in submitting Self Assessment . I did try an alternative bit of software from a so called 'market leader' and found it unbelievably complicated with unintelligible customer service.
I moved to FreeAgent for a free trial and found the customer support immediately accessible and superb. The interface of the software is easy to understand with a little help from customer support. All the agents are articulate and well informed and patient. Being based in Scotland means that you have a good telephone connection. After one week I was so impressive I signed up for one year and paid up front. I recommend both the ease of use of the software and especially the excellent customer service. If there is something you do not understand it only takes one phone call to quickly find yourself talking to someone who understands and can explain everything.
