Very helpful

Very helpful, no problem canceling my free trial. And the only reason why I canceled is because you need to have a toll free number to text and my preference is that I would rather have a local number since I live in a small town when I’m using texting.

Great customer service

Great customer service, very helpful, quick and efficient. Explained everything so it was easy to understand and even emailed a YouTube video to help me set up my account. Really glad I chose Freedom Voice!

Fantastic assistance

We have used our 800 # for years but had forgotten to update our contract info, so we had minimal info to give Christian. He was patient and thorough in helping me find the right and needed details. Seriously, he was great. If all of your agents are 1/2 as good as him , you should be proud as h***.
