Novice User

I have no experience with this type of system so very much a novice. The manual is a bit overwhelming however I was advised to start with the five step quick start which was helpful. We don't need all the advance features of the system so I don't want to get lost in the complexities of all the available functionality. Customer Service was excellent getting us set up. Very patient, friendly and knew what she was doing which was reassuring.

Nice Representative

The representative, Mercy S., was extremely attentive to what needed to be done. She went the extra mile to resolve my issue on the spot and made sure everything was perfect. Mercy found creative solutions to a complex problem and truly proved herself to be a real asset to the team.

Thank you for being so patient and kind, even when I was frustrated. Mercy consistently delivers quick and accurate responses, which clearly shows in the high satisfaction scores she receives. Her clear explanations made a complicated process easy to understand, and I felt completely confident in her guidance.

The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you again

The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my request to process a one time payment. Unfortunately, I had to call back to get him. I called a few minutes prior and the representative by the name of Marcy was processing my payment incorrectly. She only asked for the card number and expire date (2x) and then she got an error message. I felt that she wasn’t versed in what she was doing so I asked for a supervisor because I was able to log online to my bank and check my card and there was no issues. I realized after speaking with the gentleman that she never asked for my name or address. Therefore, how was she processing the card. That’s probably why she was getting an error message. Also, she begin to tell different stories that weren’t true and I reminded her that the call was recorded. That was a scary experience. Agents should know better. However, the gentleman who processed my payment was ready and knew exactly how to process the payment with no issues. It was a pleasure to speak with him. She was pleasant as well but didn’t appear to be knowledgeable. Thanks

Worst fax service I've ever used

Worst fax service I've ever used. As far as I'm concerned, they lie about the fax service to suck you in to the toll free number. My success rate on faxing is around zero percent. There customer service is all based off-shore and all they can do is apologize and tell me to choose a better fax service.

Been dealing with this company since…

Been dealing with this company since 2012. Never had any problems until today. Went online to set up a new account for another one of my businesses. Their system failed my information had to call their customer service not once but twice. That failed as well. Then they said you can add this new number to your existing account but there will be no free 30 day trial. Wanted to talk to a supervisor was told had to wait 2 to 3 days for a call back. Very misleading and never ever had this problem before. This company just took a turn for the worst. Stay away they have definitely changed.

I called today about technical support…

I called today about technical support with my FreedomVoice account. I have been a customer for over two years and never took the time to utilize the services available with my business account. Today, I am very satisfied with the troubleshooting and technical support received. Now I can take full advantage of all the options available. I am so glad I called today. It is a game-changer experience
