My son bought me a cycling shirt but it was too tight fit so I asked to return it and was given an address in China (they hide this fact on the website and pretend to be in London). To be fair, they did offer to send a replacement, for $12, but it was really hard work finding out the dimensions of their jerseys, to make sure the replaceemnt would fit.
The replacement was slow to be sent, then got "lost" by their courier. They agreed to send another one but this was delayed due to Chinese New Year holidays. Eventually it showed up, after 7 wks and 12 emails.
I'd not buy from Freestyle Cycling again, and it has put me off buying anything from China again - it's just too hard work if you want to return or get a replacement. Shirt quality was OK, but material was very thin.

I had an issue with a jersey that was damaged in transit. After a little back and forth it was replaced free for charge. Thanks.

I ordered a womens jersey and men's kit. The jerseys are fine - decent quality and fit is as expected. The bibs on the mens kit has two different types of fabric. Thick black fabric on the legs and lower torso (around the chamois), a horizontal seam about mid way up the lower torso then lightweight grey fabric that is see through from the back side at just the place where you probably wouldn't want it to be transparent from behind.

Ordered twice from them.

The second time they made a mistake with my order, the gripper was sewed on backwards. Wrote to customer support, they sent a replacement free of charged no questions asked.

Love them, the quality of the cycling shorts are exceptionally good (made with lycra, feels like a swimsuit). Can only recommend them, if you can wait for the shipping to arrive from China.

This is a great company to deal with. I had a positive experience with them getting back with me on an order I placed and they handled my concern very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a jersey as a Christmas present a month ago. When there was a shipping issue they kindly sent out a new one free of charge. It arrived after Christmas but is of good quality and the personalisation is great.

I ordered a cycling top for my son & it was too small. Freestylecycling offered to send a replacement size free of charge but if I paid $12 I would be able to keep the original one too. This, I did.
Unfortunately the second top went missing, so my son didn't receive it. I contacted Freestylecycling and told them about it. They very kindly sent him another one.
It fits perfectly & is very good quality.
Thank you so much Freestylecycling. You are an amazing company. You went above and beyond all expectations.

I Ordered 2 cyclings jersey which came in a reasonable good shipping time.
Their free shipping didn’t support to Reunion island, they have to transfer to expedited express, I was delivered in a week.
It was exactly what I expected, the color, the size.
Quality do the jersey is good and the design fantastic.

I’d give them -1 if I could. They sent the wrong size and instead of correcting- they wrote me multiple inappropriate emails: stated I ordered XXS -when I had ordered XL. I offered to return when they provided a prepaid mailing label. Instead they insulted me, sent an order sheet they made up (didn’t have any of my info - just a note xxs was ordered. ) They then continued sending nasty emails how I was wrong and should apologize and they’d blacklist me. I responded that was fine - I’d share their unethical practices with my bike club and everyone who rides to be wary of them - I wasn’t paying to return their mistake to China.

Ordered a jersey according to the size guide that THEY have listed. The shirt was too short on the stomach. When I reached out to customer support, the representation said "I am that height, weight, and have that chest size and the jersey fits me fine." Terrible Quality control and awful customer service. Don't buy from them.

Based on their stated claim of 100% customer satisfaction, I returned a jacket that did not fit. Several email exchanges with Jeff Fuller as to how/where to return the item for a full refund. He reluctantly provided a Miami address. USPS confirmed delivery. I have heard nothing from him or the company. I believe this company to be a scam.

Terrible cap, it's a cheap made in china material not cotton and it's totally wonkey fitting, the sides stick out past the brim.

The shirts are really good quality and stand up to the test of time. Great selection for both men and women. Great bike shirt option at a very good price point. Would recommend!!

I ordered a cycling kit from this store which superficially seemed to be American, but turned out to be Chinese. No problem so far, since almost everything comes from China anyway. I understand that most people would hesitate to order if they knew it was a Chinese shop, it's all about reputation right?The kit looked nice and certainly not cheap. On fitting I found the jersey to be larger than expected and the bib too tight on the legs, but otherwise okay. However some seams ripped during the first try-on, which did not give me much confidence. So I contacted the store and got a reasonably quick and friendly reply. After some messages we agreed on exchanging the undesired and damaged items and I am currently awaiting the correct jersey. I am very positive about the way the shop has handled this so far, I think this is a very good sign for trust in Chinese companies. Greets Chris

Shirts are good quality/price. Have one which I already use for three years.
Now ordered two new ones in same size but appears the sizes has changed. After one email to the company they said we'll sent you two new ones smaller size for free. Received yesterday and fits well. Good service.

Excellent communication, great customer service and funky kits

Excellent email communication - prompt responses and assistance with design .

We were short on time and had the design agreed upon within 48 hours and items were shipped appx 6 days later (4 business days from design approval to shipment!)

I paid for expedited shipment and the items arrived 8 days later (from China)

Items were received and look exactly as the design I approved and quality / sizing seems to be perfect!

I will plan better for next years event and Get the logos / ideas to their design team earlier so we are not rushed !

NO ONE ELSE could get us custom jerseys within our 3 week time frame at an affordable price !

$49.99 each jersey and $20 expedited shipping was the best money I have ever spent !

Excellent Quality Jersey, ordered the wrong size but they handled quickly and easily. Now I’m waiting for my size jersey. I will definitely buy more jerseys whit them.

What source do I use to contact this company for returns. I have received only a non working number in China to call. I did contact the 611 help line which lead me to a long conversation with my internet provider telling me it will cost me $15 to contact China just to start the process. I think I am being stone walled.
