I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience working with Freestyle cycling. First off, their selection of kits is great- solid “cool” kits and more comedic ones that bring smiles to the group you ride with. Prices are reasonable, and the customer service is too-notch. My order was taking a long time to arrive, so I contacted their help line. I had a response within a day and they continued to check in with me until the issue was resolved. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Delivery time took a while. The product was great. Very soft and breathable. The color was spot on and I would certainly order a jersey from them again. Super comfortable

Offer a broad range of exciting cycling gear. Product looks and feels good. Contact with company is quick and efficient. Be prepared to wait for about 2 weeks ((EU) for delivery of your order.

Excellent customer service. Addressed an issue with fabric spf with over and above solution quickly.

jersy looks are really good and the fit is good also have worn it for over 400km thus far , pockets are of a good depth for carrying what you need .

I had a really good experience with this company. The item was really nice but too big for me and they were fast and efficient at providing a refund.

Overall, my experience with freestyle was good! I usually don't order anything from overseas but accidently did on this order. I needed the jersey for a certain date and contacted freestyle about faster shipping. They worked with me, and I received the Jersey on time. They had great communication through email.

My jersey didn’t arrive and I had forgotten about it. Freestyle contacted me to check if I was a happy customer. When I told them, they responded right away and promises we’d to get a jersey to me. I got it shortly afterward and I’m really happy with it. I appreciate that they took the initiative to contact me.

I ordered a jersey, which I loved. It's a bit thinner and stretchier than most cycling jerseys, which I like, and the pattern is fantastic. Didn't wear it for a few weeks. When I did, I noticed some stains -- black ink? -- that almost blended in with the pattern, but not quite. Contacted Freecycling, and they've promised to send me a new one with no trouble, even though it had been a while since my order. Trying my luck, I then asked if I might switch the size (the original one I'd ordered was a bit snug), and again, no trouble at all. Very much appreciate both the product and, especially, the service!

The cycling jerseys are fantastic. My cycling partner and I have had numerous positive and funny comments from strangers while we are riding.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.....I purchased 4 jerseys for hubby for Father's Day and I have no idea when I will get them now or if really. It has been 11 days already. I contacted the company and they sent me tracking information. The products haven't left China! What a huge disappointment. I think next time I will make sure that a customer service number is workable before ordering online ever again. ☹

I'm 6'1" 205 lbs regular build and the XL fits perfectly. This company has been good to me so I came back a second time. They look and fit nice that's all there is to it 👍

Order two Jerseys back in April 15, 2022. We are now in May 9, 2022 and have not received my jerseys. Two emails I have send.

Because of the local government's epidemic prevention policy, and many traffic arteries are blocked by the local government, our express carrier can't go to our warehouse take packages. Orders processing slow-down . Our warehouse have stopped running for 10 business days before.

Are they located in China?
Where is the company from.
I can't even get that answer when I google it.
Will call my bank to see if I can get my money back....
I must say their jerseys are nice but it doesn't do me any good if I don't have them.

I have ordered two items from Freestyle Cycling. I have no idea where they are after almost 2 weeks. The phone number for customer service does not even have voicemail. They do not reply to email enquires. This is the worst online purchase I have ever experience and I would never do it again. Buyer beware!
