I couldn’t be happier with the service from Simon and Connor. They did an outstanding job valeting my car and the attention to detail was incredible. The car looks spotless inside and out, and they’ve managed to make it look almost brand new again.
They were both friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond my expectations. Just okay
My experience with Fresh Car was just okay. The valet was rescheduled twice, both times very close to the time it was booked for. This was inconvenient for me as I had rearranged my work schedule around the valet and had to do so again in order to accommodate. Then, they showed up half an hour later than the stated time. I felt this was unprofessional. Looking at the reviews, it also appears this is not uncommon.
I didn't feel the men who arrived were particularly enthusiastic or friendly. If anything, the whole experience was a little awkward and no apologies were made for the lateness and rescheduling.
They did a good job at removing pet hair from my car and left the interior looking clean, aside from some muddy paw prints that remained as I was told they didn't shampoo interiors.
They took less than 30 minutes to complete a job that was booked for 1.5 hours. I didn't really appreciate this. They were efficient but, at the same time, could have been more thorough for the £75 I paid. On closer inspection, there were still patches of dog hairs left behind.
I have previously paid less than £30 for an interior valet at an attended car wash that took twice the length of time and was far more thorough so wouldn't personally use Fresh Car again. I'd give the whole experience 2.5 out of 5.
