Teary eyes

The flowers I ordered were delivered in a timely manner and my cousins' daughter who I have never met in person had tears in her eyes when she received them, great job!!!

Beautiful bouquet choices

The flowers that were delivered looked just like the picture on the website. Perfect.
I also love how you can choose the Regular, Deluxe, or Premium version of the bouquet you have selected, and you can instantly see the various versions and prices available.

Should have sent a gift card instead

Order was timely, but I don't feel like the flowers that were sent represented what was advertised. I am certainly disappointed by what I paid for the largest arrangement size compared to what my sister received for her 60th birthday.

You didn't send Mother's Day flowers on Mother's Day. Enough said.

Nothing in the world can make up for you COMMITING to send flowers on Mother's Day and then sending an email at 9 pm at night, oh sorry we couldn't do it. Does your "sorry" give my mother flowers on Mother's Day?? I hope others will learn from my experience and not trust you to deliver for special occassions.

Flowers were beautiful when they…

Flowers were beautiful when they arrived, but were wilted by the next morning. For $80, I’d expect a full weekend at least of living flowers.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. They pushed my order back two days, each time on the day of in the late afternoon. When I called, their customer service was terrible. Not ordering from them ever again.

None of the lilies were open on delivery, also there was more greenery than actual flowers.

Same Day ???

I have order flower and paid the same day delivery fee and even the extra that it would arrive on the birthday !!

It didn’t arrived even the second day, it’s 2 days lates arrived and they gas light me ! And the birthday person isn’t at work after the two days and will be back in 5 so I have gifted dead flowers 🤣

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this company.
I ordered flowers for my sister's 60th birthday and the order was undelivered.
I sent several emails a week, as well as using the chat on their website and they would not refund me for the undelivered flowers, they would only send again, but I would be charged for the delivery again.
They did eventually redeliver them without me paying the delivery charge as I told them I would be reporting them, although it did take a month for them to be delivered.
They did not read the emails they received as I had to give the delivery address several times, although it was in the email thread! The card was never sent with the flowers either, even though I had written one!
Do not order from them unless you want to spend time on chasing them and repeating yourself for a month.
I have NEVER had such bad service or experience like I had with this company, and I have NEVER given a bad review. It would be no star's if that was possible!

horrible horrible company

my mother ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and payed an extra 19.95$ for same day delivered which was meant for the sunday, they were delivered on tuesday AFTER mother’s day which is really disappointing, i hope people read these reviews and never order from these company’s again, she was supposed to get a full refund of 19.95$ for the delivery fee and she has received 5$ this is so disgusting from this company never ever order from here again. The flowers where not what she ordered and where supposed to arrive in a vase, which in our case the vase and original flowers we ordered where missing and we got different flowers instead.

A gift from my now deceased mother…

I only gave them one star because zero wasn’t an option.
My mother passed away recently, and one of her friends did us a huge favour, sitting in her almost empty house, for about 7 hours, waiting for a truck to arrive to collect the goods we were donating to lifeline. The truck never arrived, but mum and I thought we should send Jean flowers anyway, so we did.
They took over a week to arrive. But this time they were horrible, and had gone mouldy.
I gave Jean money to buy flowers for herself.
I told flowers for you, and asked for a refund. They said no, we will resend the flowers. I said they were a gift from my mum, and she’s now passed away! Jean has been given flowers from another source! I want a refund.
They still said no, we’re sending a new arrangement.
I said no, I want a refund. They said we’ve sent them, so I told them to send them to me instead. When they arrived the box was crushed, they were not in water, and looked nothing like the flowers in the picture I ordered.
I just gave up at that point, but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. They were a huge waste of money.
I would never buy from them again.

My son and daughter-in-law ordered a…Mother's Day bouquet

My daughter-in-law ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on Friday, May 8th for next day delivery. The bouquet was delivered on Monday, May 11th. The bouquet would have been absolutely beautiful if it didn't have lilies that were brown when I opened the box. Only one opened up. The roses bloomed, but the baby roses never did. I am sure they spent a pretty sum for these to be delivered by Mother's Day, but they were late. I never could find the picture of the bouquet I received, but I can assume there are reasons for that.

Expedited delivery fail

I paid extra for expedited delivery by noon; the flowers are, at this writing 2 hours late and not yet delivered. The timing was very important for this gift and now it's an utter failure. They refunded the extra fee but that does not fix the huge miss this has caused.
