Ordered a bouquet of flowers on May 1, for Mother’s Day and I payed the extra delivery fee to have them delivered on THAT day. After waiting almost all day long finally received notification & tracking that said they were delivered! I live in another state from my so I let her know that they had been delivered she checked outside and did not see flowers. So we assumed they were stolen which wasn’t the case they ended up being delivered the next morning! I contacted customer service about that because I paid to have them delivered on Mother’s Day. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and not really supportive at all! I was only offered a credit for the extra delivery fee but no kind of apology at all! This will be the last time I ever order flowers from them again & if this is how they do business I would never recommend them! I’ll give 5 ⭐️ only for the flowers they were really beautiful that’s the only thing good out of this experience!!

Ordered my mum flowers for Mother’s Day on Sunday and paid for same day delivery . They arrived 2 days later on Tuesday… the flowers were not what I ordered and just cheap dead, wilted flowers , vase was completely smashed and the card was basically a piece of paper with my message stapled on. It was sooooo embarrassing!!
Warning to never ever purchase from any of their websites. They have several that all arrive in ‘Bloomex’ Boxes. They operate in many countries too!
I obviously emailed and called(which went to some call centre over seas) to check what had happened and they said they pay me back $5 for the broken Vase. They operate in different countries such as NZ/Aus and USA. It’s a clear scam to me and wish I’d researched before trusting this website.

My daughter in law sent me a gift with flowers, wine and a box of 4 chocolates. The flowers were pretty much dead with half the tulip buds in the bottom of the box broken from the stem. I contacted youflowers cs took a picture of the flowers and the shipping label. The only response I keep getting is automated asking all the questions of information I have provided several times! Horrible customer service..

This is the second time that For You Flowers has not delivered my funeral floral arrangements to those dearest to me. They stated that they couldn't find a florist one metro area, then again in a city of 120,000.
It is not only unacceptable, but it's also deceptive advertising. Even tough i received a full refund, I will NOT be using them ever again and do not recommend anyone using their services.

I ordered same day delivery and they emailed me at 4pm to say 'we're sorry' unable to delivery today. Supposed to deliver tomorrow. I am so ticked off. My sister 60 today. No flowers. After more research, it seems this company does this a lot.

I paid for a midsize arrangement and once it was delivered and I seen the picture I realized the cheaper version was sent. So much for trusting in what was ordered and paid for. It is the principle of it. This was the 3rd time within a month of ordering items. Not sure about trusting I will get what I want on further orders.

It's totally disappointing. I was pay $75 online to shop flowers for mother's day. I was picked the premium level. The flowers size too small . A bouquet of flowers only has one rose and one Lilly . The website picture is way different as they send to me. How gonna be the store like that cheating on consumers. That way just like robber.

Paid $120 dollars for a same day delivery for a birthday. Input address and price was calculated. Delivery day passed with no flowers. Another day passed with no flowers. The third day nothing arrived. We called support and they said they delivered the flowers that morning to the local post office??? But they didn't email or call and it's a rural post office and not open Saturday or Sunday so the flowers will be dead by the time anyone can get them on monday. The operator just hung up on us and said it would be escalated. Just an absolute joke of a service. Do not recommend, try someone more reliable.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for Mother’s Day. My mom lives 23 hours away from me. The first bouquet arrived on 05-08-26. The flowers were a sad excuse for what was pictured. I understand they won’t be exactly the same, but they were brown, broken and skimpy. I apologized to my mom and said to not worry, another bouquet would arrive and hopefully it would be better.
The other bouquet STILL hasn’t arrived (05-14-2026), despite a representative from your company promising me that it would be delivered TWO DAYS ago.

Flowers arrived 5 days late, stinking and rotting. My Mum was pretty disappointed. I asked for refund. They denied and said they'd give the shipping fee back.. Will be submitting chargeback . Do not use.

Flowers were wilted, one of the roses was broken. They would only credit my daughter 50% of the cost because UPS didn’t deliver on time. So essentially they do not take responsibility for contractors they work with. Very poor customer service. If only I could post a picture of this dead bouquet I received.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and they arrived in completely different colors than what I ordered. Some flowers were already damaged, and within days they were dying while others never even bloomed.
I contacted customer service with photos and proof, and after spending almost $100, the only solution offered was a $10 store credit for their own website.

1 star. Unfortunately this was my first and last order with this company.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered on 4/30 and never arrived that day. I had to contact customer service myself just to find out what was going on. They refunded the delivery fee, which I appreciated, but that doesn’t really fix the situation when the whole point was getting them delivered on time.
Then when the flowers finally showed up, they looked nothing like what was advertised online. The arrangement in the photos looked full and balanced with roses and carnations. What was delivered looked sparse, poorly arranged, and mostly carnations. Honestly looked like a much cheaper version of what I paid for.
What made it even worse is that I reached back out afterward and never got a response.
Very disappointed overall, especially since this was supposed to be a meaningful gift. I usually order through 1-800-Flowers and regret trying a different company this time.

There were no care instruction in the box and I ordered the Bulb Garden for Mothers Day. My mother had no idea what it was or how to care for it and told me to get a refund:( the flowers are kind of growing now but it was a super bummer for a gift

I don't generally write negative reviews, but am doing so today as I am beyond frustrated. I ordered, online through the website, Get Well flowers last Friday, May 10th. The basket I chose said no extra delivery fee. It asked if I was ok with flexible delivery time (anytime between Fri the 10th and Sunday the 12th); even those this was a get well present, I realize it was mother's day weekend so I thought that was fine.
Monday- no flowers. When I called, i was told they were out for delivery (and that my delivery fee would be refunded). Still no flowers, emails sent with no response other than copy of order. Called earlier today; was told that flowers were delivered Tuesday ( I had received no confirmation) and NO flowers (wherever they may have been delivered, it was not to recipient). I was told they would be delivered today (and given a minimal credit). I did receive a confirmation this afternoon, but NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT RECIPIENT.
1) I would suggest From you Flowers Not use whatever florist they contracted with (I could not get that info so I was unable to contact the florist directly). 2) I deserve a complete refund.
Even though I know have lots of "credit" with them, and have used with some success previously, I would not recommend.
On the positive side (and the only reason they receive a 2 and not a 1) is that their customer service reps were very polite and tried to be helpful.

The flowers did arrive on the day they were booked to arrive but 3 days later they were going over and some of them were accually dead. They said that their policy is if the complaint is later than 48 hours they do not refund or replace anf offered a $25 credit on another order. When you spend $130 on a gift you expect them to last more than 3 days, It was very embarrissing for me and the recipient to let me know her gift had died after only 3 days.

Absolutely worst service ever I placed an order for next day delivery for mother's day that never arrived. I contacted the company they apologized sent me an email saying they would get it out the next day and offered to upgrade arrangement. Well 5 days later still no delivery but I got the same email apologizing asking me to be patient long story short my friend in nursing home never received her flowers nor an apology im still waiting on my refund.
