I had a horrible experience

I had a horrible experience. They did not deliver my order after three promises to reschedule and refused me a full refund until after a week has gone by. They repeatedly lied to me and had my recipient’s hopes up. What was supposed to be a special celebration turned into a total embarrassment! RUN!

I don't generally write negative reviews...…

I don't generally write negative reviews, but am doing so today as I am beyond frustrated. I ordered, online through the website, Get Well flowers last Friday, May 10th. The basket I chose said no extra delivery fee. It asked if I was ok with flexible delivery time (anytime between Fri the 10th and Sunday the 12th); even those this was a get well present, I realize it was mother's day weekend so I thought that was fine.
Monday- no flowers. When I called, i was told they were out for delivery (and that my delivery fee would be refunded). Still no flowers, emails sent with no response other than copy of order. Called earlier today; was told that flowers were delivered Tuesday ( I had received no confirmation) and NO flowers (wherever they may have been delivered, it was not to recipient). I was told they would be delivered today (and given a minimal credit). I did receive a confirmation this afternoon, but NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT RECIPIENT.
1) I would suggest From you Flowers Not use whatever florist they contracted with (I could not get that info so I was unable to contact the florist directly). 2) I deserve a complete refund.
Even though I know have lots of "credit" with them, and have used with some success previously, I would not recommend.
On the positive side (and the only reason they receive a 2 and not a 1) is that their customer service reps were very polite and tried to be helpful.

The flowers did arrive on the day they…

The flowers did arrive on the day they were booked to arrive but 3 days later they were going over and some of them were accually dead. They said that their policy is if the complaint is later than 48 hours they do not refund or replace anf offered a $25 credit on another order. When you spend $130 on a gift you expect them to last more than 3 days, It was very embarrissing for me and the recipient to let me know her gift had died after only 3 days.

Absolutely worst service ever I placed…

Absolutely worst service ever I placed an order for next day delivery for mother's day that never arrived. I contacted the company they apologized sent me an email saying they would get it out the next day and offered to upgrade arrangement. Well 5 days later still no delivery but I got the same email apologizing asking me to be patient long story short my friend in nursing home never received her flowers nor an apology im still waiting on my refund.

You should be able to give 0 stars... Purchased flowers for Mother's Day and paid for Premium. The flowers she received looked nothing like those in the photo on their website. I have tried emailing fromyouflowers and they have yet to respond. If I would have known their product and customer support was so horrible, I would have ordered from a different company. Do not buy flowers from fromyouflowers.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If I could give a zero star review I would.
Flowers were paid for in full and promised delivery on the day of our anniversary, the flowers weren’t delivered on that day, I was working away offshore and when the flowers arrived they weren’t left at the door for my wife but taken to the post office, no collection card was left for her to know this.
The flowers remained at the post office over the weekend as it was closed and they couldn’t be collected. There were emails and calls back and forth, the company only offered a $25 store credit in the beginning, my wife went to the post office on the Monday and as expected the flowers were dead, the box was very shabby and torn up the side and the bunch of flowers was tiny (paid just under $100 + postage). After sending through images of this and requesting a refund I was receiving no response after multiple emails, my wife was calling up and finally got through and was refused a refund and only offered for the same bunch to be sent out a week after the anniversary. My wife was obviously very disappointed and I felt terrible about the whole thing. The company could have done a lot more to rectify the situation as I understand mistakes happen but not replying emails for days to avoid the refund request was very poor to say the least. Not to mention they have disabled Google Reviews somehow so can’t make an honest review publicly to warn people. Most small businesses rely on those to build their brand unless trying to hide poor feedback.

READ THE REVIEWS AND STEER CLEAR!

First off, the flowers DO NOT come as shown. They come unarranged, with a vase and packet of plant food in a box. Most of one particular flower came with damaged stems near the flower. The flower arrangement looks like half of what is displayed on the website. A pathetic display for a good amount of money. If you are looking for flowers to be delivered AS SHOWN on their website STEER CLEAR of this third party company. Even the BBB rating gives them an almost failing grade.

Disgraceful!

Ordered flowers(8th May) 33529 for Mother's Day to send to mother in law, confirmation said may not arrive until the monday or Tuesday after, ok then. Well, they have still NOT been delivered. I have sent 2 emails now, and have requested a refund (which I better receive or i will be taking further action) and crickets, no communication at all, disgusting!!! Will never recommend to anyone.

That response seems to be your go to! I have the ordering number and invoice, I'd email them back to you but it appears you dont check you emails or respond other than to say you dont have an order for this!

Total waste of $120

Double checked address sent and billing address several times before purchasing, as they were different. The bouquet was sent to the billing address and they claim they were both the same on the order. I KNOW I didn't make a mistake as I'm OCD.
The flowers were half rotten on the carnations and smelt like fish. No one could handle the smell and a $120 order ended up in the bin. I emailed them with all complaints and they just said sorry, but that's not what we have on our end but in good faith we will give you a $20 credit on your account for future purchases. Like that's ever going to happen again!
Over priced, underwhelming, not helpful and smell from hell.

6 days after ordering sympathy flowers NOTHING

6 days after ordering bereavement flowers nothing delivered yet offered same day free delivery but charged shipping $19.95. Showed with vase but not included. Paid extra for vase and 4 days later inquired whether I wanted to proceed with vase no contact about delays refused to provide refund so I can get from a real same day florist and have refused refund SCAM - DO NOT Buy from
this company. Flowers now arrived half dead no arrangement teddy and cheap biscuits not ordered.

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered the biggest bouquet you can get for Mother’s Day full of white pink and orange roses. Received a bunch of green leaves and old broken flowers not even the same colour. On top of that I paid $20 for same/next day delivery for Mother’s Day and they got delivered on Tuesday.

I called them asking for a refund and they said “as they’ve been delivered we can’t offer a refund”. Never trust them, they know what they’re doing - scamming people, just look at all the shit reviews.

It took 5 days for the flowers be…

It took 5 days for the flowers be delivered from Brisbane to Rockhampton via startrack. They were all dead, wilted and a waist of $139.41. I have just found out that that absolute thieves have " generously given me a $30.00 store credit. What ever you do, DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. The fact that they never sent a receipt for payment and delivery confirmation should be your first alarm bell. They are absolute criminals and theives. There customer service personnel are mostly rude and exceptional unhelpful, every one of the bad reviews do not even come close to how bad this company really is. Run the opposite direction and use someone who is actually based in your area not based in the usa.

Horrible Experience with From You Flowers for Mother’s Day

I placed an order for Mother’s Day, as requested by my father, since both of us are currently away and unable to personally celebrate the occasion with my mom. We hoped to surprise and appreciate her through this delivery despite not being there in person for such a meaningful occasion.

I placed the order on May 8, 2026 and availed of the Mother’s Day delivery option, which was expected to arrive between May 9–11, 2026. However, on May 8, I received an email informing me that no florist was available and that the delivery would instead be moved to May 11, along with a complimentary upgrade. We replied and agreed to this arrangement.

When May 11 came, we anticipated the flowers would finally arrive, but nothing was delivered. Around midnight of May 12, I emailed to ask for updates, and their customer service responded that delivery was again unsuccessful and that the new delivery date would be May 13, well beyond Mother’s Day, which was the very reason we placed the order in the first place.

We requested if the flowers could instead be delivered on May 12, but they insisted on May 13. Although I was already very disappointed at that point, I still hoped that the complimentary upgrade promised earlier would at least be honored.

Then on May 13, once again, no florist was available and the flowers were not delivered. At this stage, I only received another apology email offering either a 10% discount or cancellation. Unfortunately, after multiple failed delivery attempts and repeated assurances that were not fulfilled, I no longer have confidence that their service will be able to complete the order properly, so I opted to cancel it instead.

This has been a very disappointing experience, especially because it undermined the purpose of what was supposed to be a meaningful Mother’s Day surprise for our mom.

Mother’s Day Miss

My son sent flowers for Mothers Day and he specifically ordered my favorite flowers, the Stargazer Lily (Starlit Iris Bouquet) and upgraded the vase to my favorite color, purple. The image shows a nice sized bouquet with multiple flowers of both kinds.
The lilies were nice, but they were not stargazers, and it included ONE iris. The vase was also scratched several times horizontally all the way around.
I called and explained the situation. It was Thursday before Mothers Day. I was first offered 20% off another order (???). I requested they get replaced and she agreed to do so and said they’d be delivered on Mother’s Day. I received them today, the Wed after. The arrangement is about half the size of the original but the flowers are tiny, likely barely grown. The vase isn’t scratched so I gave them 2 stars.

Regardless, keep looking. This place is not worth the money.

This service was terrible

This service was terrible, my order was missed at the warehouse, first call told me it would be sent next day, nothing arrived, I sent 3 emails then second call said it would take another 3 days to be delivered, offered a refund which would take up to two weeks to receive and a store credit of $20! Poor comunication and service and still have not received order - beware!

Completely unacceptable

Completely unacceptable. The flowers delivered were nothing like what was advertised, wrong colours, much smaller arrangement, and poor quality overall. Some of the flowers looked like they were already past their best.

I even paid extra for an upgraded arrangement and still received something that looked cheap and poorly put together.

Customer service was just as bad. Delayed responses, constant excuses about “stock substitutions,” and repeated attempts to offer store credit instead of taking responsibility.

Very disappointing experience, especially for something that was meant to be a birthday gift. I won’t be using this company again.

This company is absolutely horrible, they state they communicate via email about your order being cancelled and refunded, even though there is no email to be found. No refund sent through either, and customer service is terrible, not helpful at all and staff seem to not actually care about your problems. DO NOT ORDER anything from this terrible company.
