Great Company! Would highly recommend fuelmate, the team are so helpful and lovely

I've been with Fuelmate for around two years now, and my experience is positive. The service has been good, communication has been helpful, and everything has been straightforward. I'm very happy with the service and the staff are always helpful.

Fuelmate is a great company to work with for your fuel needs, they are a non fuss, no nonsense and honest business.

Andrew and Susan are great people. They are both very easy to talk to and get along with.
The fuel price is great also.
My only issue is wanting to completely swap over to this company from my current provider is not possible due to a low credit limit, this means we either use two companies until they raise this or completely bin off Fuelmate and continue with our current supplier.
The terms offered are ridiculous if honest.
We spend anywhere between 800 to (last week)1600 on fuel and never miss a beat yet Fuelmate will not give me this to use.

I'd especially like to mention Tracey Easton, who has been great to deal with and has helped make the experience a positive one. Although I've only been with Fuelmate for a short time, I'm happy with the service I've received so far and look forward to continuing the relationship. I'd recommend them based on my experience to date.

Good customer service, very easy to get in contact with if we have any queries, queries are dealt with promptly.

I had an issue with my fuel card recently, called up the main number and spoke with Colin (Wooldridge) who looked into my account, and resolved my issue.

Whenever I need to talk about my fuel cards or question an invoice I know that I can talk with Colin, or any of the team at Fuelmate, who will resolve my questions.
I'm very pleased with Colin, Dan and the Team there.

What's different to another big fuel card business/company is that it doesn't seem like they have a high change of staff, unlike previous fuel card suppliers I've been with, I never talked with the same 'account manager' for more than a month, the employees seem to have a career there, and want to help where they can.

We have used fuel mate as a business now for over 3 years and can not fault there customer service, any queries they always get back to us straight away. We deal mainly with our account manager Colin and his colleague Macauley who are asset to the company and always find everyone there to be so helpful. Would definitely recommend to all business.

Really good service and information from right at the beginning. Great to have approachable staff, that you can ask questions and great information , keeping us updated and informed on issues, particularly now that fuel prices are continuing to rise.

Great advice about the best fuel cards to use, given some of the remote areas that we cover and currently we have saved money from our previous suppliers
