Poor customer service
My package has been sent without an invoice, the package has been stuck in transit for about 20 days now and correspondence with the company is painfully slow, been trying their live chat for hours and nothing. Emails take forever to get responded to. If you need to order parts that you will need in 3 months, maybe you'll be lucky to receive them.

My order didn't go through and I requested it several days later. My order just wasn't registered in their system. Customer service works like a dream because it didn't take long and the package was sent. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the parts I ordered.
