Great customer service
Customer service and communication was great. Picture of the product however was outdated compared to product received. After small research I found the product I received is 99% the same to what was on website. I ordered Meguiar's NXT All Metals polish wax. There was 2 small gift in the box when received - 2 pack of mini Haribo's😀

Headlights for Honda CRX
Unfortunately the website did not specify the bulbs used in the headlight, so I had to return the headlights.

Very honest and hardworking company
Very honest and hardworking company. They were the only company that stocked the OZ wheels that and I wanted. Very fast shipping with no damage to the wheels. Very competitive pricing as well.

Poor Communication
Placed an order at few months ago and recently received the item ordered a few days ago. I reached out on numerous occasions about my order and never got an answer from the company on the status of my order. Unfortunately I thought I got hoax and lost my money. So I ordered the item from another company and got it within a week and two.
The only email traffic I got from the company was when I reached out about returning the item due to being delivered almost 2 months after order that wasn’t a special order to make. However the company was able to work with me and refund me my money to include the shipping price. What started off as a bad experience ended up as a good experience.

Keep stringing me along for my item
I purchased an Exhaust on May 24, 2024, the website said dispatched next working day, With an expected deliver time of 5-10 working days. I waited 5-10 working days and was told their was a delay at ktuned and my item would be at the warehouse on July 11th, 2024, I am annoyed but I wait. I have now received an email saying I have to wait until October 3, 2024 for my order. This is a complete and utter disgrace, why are you selling item you do not have in stock? The item page is still up now, I could purchase another one if I wanted but you don't have them in stock so why does your website still say 5-10 working says? Stay well away from this company, starting to think I've been scammed for my money.
