Very Good Service
Very good service, certain items delivered incorrectly, but dealt with very promptly when I rang up hotline number. Gentleman that answered the phone was extremely helpful, apologetic, and ensured the correct items where sent out same day. Will def use function 18 again. Keep up the good work.

Great Customer service
I had a pair of Under Armour Trousers where the fit was different to that advertised. I Spoke to Ben, he was amazingly helful and very responsive. He personally went to wharehouse, took photo's of similar trousers and sent them to me and rung be back even before he'd promised to do so. It was great customer service, which is very rare, I'll shop with F18 again.

Can not fault them
I have never left a review before, but felt compelled to because of how good function 18 have been.
I have bought a few things from them and as with all clothes some fit and some don't. It is so easy to return things and they refund pretty much straight away.
The whole service is brilliant, delivery is fast and as described.
I can not recommend function 18 enough. Buy in confidence
