Having tracked your glove, it was scanned in by the delivery driver on the 29th September. The status is still showing as 'Out for delivery' so we will get in touch with Hermes straight away and get back to you.
All of our standard UK deliveries should arrive within 2 days of being shipped, so if in any case that has not happened, we would welcome the customer contacting us so that we can look into it without delay.

Having spoken with Hermes they've confirmed that delivery was made today; which is a concern given that you've only left a review today citing that the goods 'never arrived'.
We're informed that there was an issue with the address you passed on to us, being that it was incomplete (Google suggest that 3 lines are missing) and the driver sent the parcel back to the depot. We're also informed that he's managed to contact you via the landline number that you provided us with, however we have just tried to contact you on that number but to no avail. Could you let us know if delivery has indeed been made? By email info@function18.com or by phone 01254 814426.

Impressively efficient
From order to dispatch was less than two hours, F18 kept me updated by text and email every step of the way and my purchase arrived in less than 20 hours. There was a small issue with the order, but this was dealt with so well that I can't justify not giving them the full five stars!
