Furniture isn’t even 2 months old and the cushions are all bleached from standardUK sun exposure. Customer services aren’t helpful whatsoever, especially after paying so much for the furniture in the first place. Stay clear!

Fast delivery and amazing quality product.

The furniture is lovely. Not very much assembly and exactly as described. We are very happy with the patio set.

Ordered two chest of drawers and a tall boy for my bedroom, saved up for ages and within a few months one of the side supports is all split, expanded and chipping off.
I contacted customer support and was basically told that it’s out of warranty and that there is nothing they can do about it!
Extremely disappointed and to be frank very annoyed that I paid a lot of money for a bedroom set and one of the chest of drawers is already broken 😡

Good value for money. Delivery was on target although emails concerning delivery date/time were not very quick arriving but on phoning my delivery was confirmed. Would have been good if the cardboard off the furniture could have been taken away! But overall very good service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Garden furniture arrived damaged. Rattan coming off the chair, a large hole in one of the cushions and the seems are coming apart. I was offered £28 to have it fixed myself! Requested a full refund but they are refusing until I dismantle and get new packaging to re box it all. Awful quality, terrible customer services. I’m now in the process of contact trading standards. STEER CLEAR

Very pleased with our order and the delivery was quick and seamless 🤩

Missing 12 bolts and washers. No number to call, just told to email. No good seeing it's 90% built in my garden and I have no answer to when I would get these bolts. Terrible customer service if they don't accept calls in 2026. I'm surprised they don't want you to send a complaint by post. Emails can be ignored. Phone calls can't. This company needs to understand what a customer wants and is willing to accept. If I knew I couldn't call if there was a problem I would have never ordered it. Also I was told I would be given a 2 hour time slot for delivery but it was just lucky I was in when they knocked on the door. The driver said I wasn't the only one.
