Ordered 4 chairs. 2 came one colour the other 2 a lighter colour.
Same product but different. Now trying to resolve it

My furniture looks amazing and arrived within delivery time and I was messaged and called to keep me up to date when it was arriving. It’s so comfy and rain cover is thick, sturdy and fits over all the furniture and can be tucked under neath too to hold it in place.

Avoid this company. I ordered a garden furniture set and delivery was arranged by a courier company furdeco. On the day of delivery I was notified by the courier the order was unable to be made as only part of the order was sent. Delivery was arranged again a few days later...... And guess what. The same thing again. Not the couriers fault. Very poor service from furniture maxi and the company they work with arca living is showing permanently closed with very bad reviews when I googled it. When you contact the company to chase what's happening with the delivery issue you just get fobbed off. Never again will I shop with furniture maxi, this is the 2nd time I have ordered from them and both times had issues with delivery. Customer service are a waste of time.

I did not receive my parcel and communication is poorly with yourself

Quick delivery, fairly straightforward to build the table and chairs with 2 people. Looks great, would highly recommend

Positively surprised with the quality, customer service and overall experience. I often ignore instagram ads when it comes to buying anything over £20 so I was very skeptical when my boyfriend wanted to buy off this website our first garden furniture. Had picked the 6 seater with the fire pit table and I’m so glad we did! It’s beautiful and the vibes in the garden are well worth it. I emailed asking for a delivery window and was provided with a 4h delivery slot 24h before. Definitely recommend!!

The furniture is great, and was easy enough to put together. Only issue was a mix up in delivery, but that was the logistics company and was quickly resolved.

Free and very quick delivery , it arrived in good condition and when I had a problem with the table top they arranged a replacement and delivered it very quickly. Would recommend the after sales service.

Saw a product on their website randomly and decided to try it out. I first contacted them to enquire about delivery since I wanted to pick a delivery date and response was so quick!
Delivery was arranged by their provider and it was delivered as promised.
Great product (I got a Jola Velvet Foldable Sofa Bed with Pillow 1 Seater), well made and saved me from sleeping on the floor!

Absolutely atrocious service from the outset and throughout. Ordered an office chair for my home office on 6th July. Due to be delivered on the 9th as I need it for work took the day off to await delivery nothing. Called the number and was told they couldn’t do anything over the phone. Had to email, was informed they will chase it up. Again poor communication no response. Called 4 times same response send an email generic reply they will chase it up. Another shopify scam don’t even think they have any furniture to sell and the positive reviews are most likely bots to try to get you to purchase items. Luckily I paid on my credit card so looks like I’m going to have to start a chargeback to get my funds. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. You will spend countless hours trying to get your funds back absolutely horrific company

The furniture looks lovely and is of really good quality. The delivery side of things was unfortunately disappointing. I didnt know when it was going to be delivered because I didn’t receive any delivery updates. Fortunately I happened to be in on the delivery day when it turned up out of the blue. The delivery person said that he would need a hand getting the two huge boxes off the back of the wagon but there was only me in the house. I made it clear that I would struggle but he insisted that there was a smaller box that I could carry. This ‘smaller box’ was taller than me and wider than me, I attempted to move it but struggled. I was shocked that I had been asked to help in the first place, surely they should be double crewed deliveries if they know there are big heavy boxes to lift and deliver. I asked him to deliver around into my garden but he said he could only take it up to the property and not enter so it had to be left on my drive way. The whole order has not arrived together and I had to wait a few more days for the delivery of the final piece to be delivered which was frustrating. I contacted them and they were quick to respond.

Really pleased with my table and chairs easy to put together, fire lit on table is amazing, great product definitely recommended

All as it should be.
